Trump is the Target

Don’t let anybody kid you. It’s not Donald Trump who is “targeting” people like Fox News’s establishment talking head Megyn Kelly or Univision’s Latino Apparatchik Jorge Ramos, it’s quite the opposite really, THOSE networks are targeting HIM.

The new spin is that Donald Trump is too VOLATILE. He’s TARGETING people. He has a PERSONAL VENDETTA for these people. He's a BULLY, ganging up on people who dare to ask him a question. Therefore he’s not fit to lead, right? I mean, president Obama's administration hasn't demonstrated any personal vendettas against anybody, hmmm? Try getting a tax exemption for your conservative non-profit group sometime.

So Jorge Ramos just stands up at the Trump presser and just starts firing questions off when he wasn’t called upon and like he was the only “journalist” in the room.  He wasn’t even waiting for answers because he just kept shouting questions. That's because he wasn't there for answers to his questions. He was only there to cause a scene. That was his job. That was what he was told to do by “his people”. And now he is the target because Trump called him on it and fired back?

Jorge Ramos is a Leftist’s Leftist. He’s not a journalist, he’s an activist and as objective as a cop at a drug bust. This man earns his bones by advocating for the legitimizing of millions of people who have entered this country illegally and who are drawing resources paid for and meant for American Citizens. If he were alive today, Che Guevara would probably think Jorge Ramos a bit extreme.

When asked point blank by Ann Coulter about how many Mexicans in this country would be enough, Mr. Ramos couldn’t answer the question, he refused. It is apparent that Jorge Ramos and his bosses at Univision want an open border with Mexico. He wants unfettered access to the American Welfare Support System for all South Americans, nothing less.

AND Mr. Ramos has pledged that he can remain objective as a professional even though his daughter works for Hillary Clinton’s election campaign. Does anybody actually believe this bullshit?

We already know that Megyn Kelly was positioned to derail Donald Trump in the first debate. Yet it is Donald Trump who is singling out these people?

It makes no sense.

It is they that fired the first shot and now they’re upset that it didn’t work the way the schemed it up in the morning meetings. Well, Shee-it!

So it’s back to the drawing board for the establishment party and speaking of which, Jeb Bush, the establishment candidate, has surprisingly come down on the side of Jorge Ramos. Well, who knew?!

Mr. Bush said that these “journalists” should be “treated with a little more respect”. Of course Jeb (is it disrespectful to call him “Jeb”?) has also praised Megyn Kelly as the most professional journalist on cable news. Not a real deep pool to be fishing in there.

And while I’m at it, who names their kid “Megyn” with a "y"? It’s “Meghan” for Christ’s sake. It looks so dumb when you read it.

People who are tired of establishment candidates will pull the lever for Donald Trump. The more they target him, the more obvious it is to the general public that they are targeting him. The more they try to discredit the people who believe in him or the more they try to discredit him, the more it works in his favor. People are tired of being played for suckers by establishment politicians.

Politicians have joined forces to continuously lie to the American people and making promises they have never intended to keep. All they are interested in is their own joy. They love the Gravy Train and never want to get off and certainly don’t want anybody else to board their one party grift mill.

But the train has gone off the rails and a professional politician haven't proven to be able to solve the problems other professional politicians have caused. I’m always astounded at people who want to turn to the very same government to fix something that they had botched in the first place. These people who complained that the government has “fucked things up”  and then having elected a new candidate that did nothing to change things, then want to return to yet another professional politician in the hopes that THIS one will finally do the people's bidding and fix the problem.

Seriously?

This is what happens when you think you need government to do something you could better do for yourself.

We don’t need another establishment pol and the citizenry has lost all trust in the ability of the current incumbency.

So when The Government sics their media lapdogs on a candidate that shows promise, it’s plain to everyone and it’s plain now that this is what is happening right now.  Megyn Kelly and Jorge Ramos are  cut from the same cloth and they serve the same master.

But the spinmeisters are at it 24/7 right now trying to cook up another angle to discredit Donald Trump. They are puzzling and puzzling until their puzzlers are soar. But there is plenty of time.

This sort of thing always reminds me of that movie from 1993 with Michael Douglas “Falling Down”. Douglas plays this middle-aged guy, he’s on his way to work one morning and he just gets fed up with the traffic and walks away from his car. He sees hypocrisy in the highway department paving the same road over and over and he is set upon by gang members but turns the tables on them. He is tired of items being misrepresented to him, of the open corruption of the system and reacts the way many people would have wanted to react to the same situation. You start to root for this character, Foster, and you find yourself identifying with him as he lashes out against circumstances needlessly thrown in his way by the accepted established norms. By the time the movie is almost over, you are thinking that Foster is your hero. People in the theater even cheered.

But wait…it’s all a sham. Foster, we are told at the end, is a laid off defense worker who is in the middle of a divorce and has “Lost it”. He’s gone crazy, see? And Foster ends up getting killed trying to see his daughter that he is deemed too crazy to be allowed to see even though he was rational enough to the casual movie goer for 99% of the movie.

And the lesson of this giant downer Cop Out of an ending is: If you don’t like what’s going on, and you want to do something about it, you must be NUTS! You obviously aren’t right in the head if you actually think you want to do something about the way things are in this country since it should be obvious to you that you can't. If you think this way you should be SHUNNED. So shut up and sit down!

Worst movie ever.

Jeb Bush Exudes Status Quo

What makes anyone think anything is going to change in the United States if Jeb Bush is elected president?

And what will Mr. Bush's campaign be based upon? Jeb Bush the Reformer? Jeb Bush the Political Outsider? Maybe perhaps Jeb Bush for Change?

In a nation that is deeply divided between the takers and the taken, the private taxpayer and those at the public troth, how is this man in particular going to make anything different?

The answer is: He won’t.

They people who pay will continue to pay if not pay more and the people who take will relax, as comfortable as they can, in their knowledge that the support spigot will remain on.

The government propaganda machine is touting Jeb as The Moderate in the field. Propaganda outlets like Google News, Face the Nation, Reuters, PBS et al are saying that once Jeb Bush's record as governor come out and once The (little) People truly get to know him and become aware of all the good he has done for the state of Florida, they will take him as a serious and viable candidate.

A bell should go off in your head.

The last thing the country needs is a political dynasty. We're struggling with one right now and all American Democracy and freedom of the individual needs less of is more power-cult entities in the office of the President. Once the President transcends parties, and if the present Demi-God in the White House doesn't give you pause for thought in this regard, the system will be over and the will of the people to defend it will weaken to a much greater extent than it is now.

The government will fight to perpetuate itself and Congress will pretend to fight the president on his proposals, most recently the Immigration Initiative and the Iran Nuclear Deal and when they “lose” they will hold their heads up high and say “We tried!”

Did they now?

How is King Jeb the Third going to do anything about this?

He isn't but he’ll look good not doing it.

His sycophantic supporters and the government press will regal all us impoverished peasants at how Presidential he looks when we know they wish they could say Imperial. But that will come in time.

Jeb Bush will continue to draw his support, and he is the candidate with the biggest bank account, from big business which seeks political advantage over small businesses, craves low wage labor and covets the ability to shift the costs of this labor onto the communities they overrun rather than pay for it themselves. He will continue to choose the side of the public unions over the will of the people who pay their way. There is no reason, in a time where we should be looking for strength of conviction, that we will get any from this man.

The last thing this country needs right now is THE SAME.

So perhaps once again we who actually matter in this equation, since it's the money from the fruits of our labor in the greater proportion, that is funding this whole charade, will be left without much of a choice again this election.

Why vote for a Leftist in Republican cloth when you can have the real Leftist in a Democrat silk robe? It's either that or stay home.

That’s what happened last time with Mitt Romney. Had he been more conservative, had he been just a little less wishy-washy where he should have held a hard line, he may have actually won the election and would have been at this moment addressing the financial issues, the real issues that face the stability of the United States. But he wasn't and an estimated three million conservatives stayed home.

George Bush Senior reneged on his promise of No New Taxes. His son George Walker Bush spent money like a Sailor on Shore Leave and started the program of National Surveillance of U.S. Citizens and so what are we to expect from a Jeb Bush presidency given the chance?

I shudder to think

Campaign 2016: What About The Debt?

Now that not only the November mid-term elections are coming into view but also, since it’s never too soon to start a presidential campaign, we see the new wave of presidential prospects and their congressional cheerleaders coming out to tempt us with a new bag of give-a-ways for the masses.

We are hearing about the future of the United States is amnesty for the Illegal line jumpers in our nation. We hear the scourge of income inequality among the people who hold jobs that don’t pay that much money, how important it is that low wage workers have a higher minimum wage and the inequality of women in the workplace.  These are the important burning issues facing our nation.
The government media is beginning to float it’s published “surveys” of how other nations distribute the wealth much better than we do here in the United States and THAT is why we have income inequality and poor people setting the stage for more wealth confiscation if they should manage to convince enough “have not’s” to make it to the polls and gain victory. Like not enough Socialism is the problem in this country.
But the question I have  that I’m not hearing about from ANY candidate right now is:
What about the Debt?
What about the $17,346,149,770,556.00 and growing national debt?  Yes, I mean the $55,191.00 per citizen, $151,616.00 per legal citizen NATIONAL DEBT?
And this is on top of the $ Trillion plus college loan debt, personal credit card debt, paying for over a decade of costly wars and massive Federal and State government pension liabilities.
I don’t hear anyone talking about THAT! Does anybody have a plan to handle this issue? If they do I’d love to hear it.
Some people seem to think the government will just resort to the previously mentioned wealth confiscation and distribution.
It does sound absurd but where is this money going to come from? Taxes keep rising but government spending is outpacing the money coming in so even though they’re taking more, they’re spending more but eventually less will come in.
It’s real easy to talk about immigration and phony baloney things like “climate change”, income “inequality” and the minimum wage, all Leftist catch phrases mostly because who really believes that government can legislate the weather or create more private sector jobs?
But government can spend less.
We will see that this springs home sales will be flat. Business is flat. Many store fronts across the country remain empty signaling that small business, the real mainstay of the economy, has not come back. Unemployment, well we don’t really know anything about what the numbers really are there since there is no truth in the reported numbers but unemployment remains high. And it’s all because government is taking more and more wealth out of the economy and its hurting consumption. You cannot consume if you don’t have the funds to consume with.
The country is short on the optimism it takes to put the house on the market or jump from a secure job to a new position elsewhere. We are lacking in the "good times" feeling that would produce robust spending. Many people are sitting on their bank accounts even though they are getting less than 1% interest because they are concerned about what the future holds. Where did all this come from?
For the people who truly think that government spending drives the economy just think for a moment that the people who handle the money, the government middlemen, also draw a salary. They have pensions and they have paid vacations and healthcare. That is called OVERHEAD. They cost money too. So if the government handles the money instead of you, the people they transfer it to get much less than what went in. $10 Million can go in but $10 Million doesn’t go out. Sorta like the Jimmy Fund and these other “charities” that aren’t really all that charitable.
So goes the government when it comes to the transfer of wealth. They take their piece and the “huddled masses yearning to get things for free” get the rest. The economy receives no net gain. There is no profit in taking other people’s money no matter how much they take.
It is a downward spiral. The more that is taken from the economy the less goes for growth. Without growth, there is less wealth. With less wealth, there is less to take in taxes.
When the Social System kills the goose that laid the golden egg, and it will happen without intervention, then everybody will suffer.
Many of us are just holding on until the end of the Obama administration to see if a new course will emerge to stem the slide into insolvency. The last thing anybody needs is another Communist who promises to solve problems that don't actually exist.
So next time you see a candidate any candidate from any party affiliation just ask:
What about the Debt?
