Jeb Bush Exudes Status Quo

What makes anyone think anything is going to change in the United States if Jeb Bush is elected president?

And what will Mr. Bush's campaign be based upon? Jeb Bush the Reformer? Jeb Bush the Political Outsider? Maybe perhaps Jeb Bush for Change?

In a nation that is deeply divided between the takers and the taken, the private taxpayer and those at the public troth, how is this man in particular going to make anything different?

The answer is: He won’t.

They people who pay will continue to pay if not pay more and the people who take will relax, as comfortable as they can, in their knowledge that the support spigot will remain on.

The government propaganda machine is touting Jeb as The Moderate in the field. Propaganda outlets like Google News, Face the Nation, Reuters, PBS et al are saying that once Jeb Bush's record as governor come out and once The (little) People truly get to know him and become aware of all the good he has done for the state of Florida, they will take him as a serious and viable candidate.

A bell should go off in your head.

The last thing the country needs is a political dynasty. We're struggling with one right now and all American Democracy and freedom of the individual needs less of is more power-cult entities in the office of the President. Once the President transcends parties, and if the present Demi-God in the White House doesn't give you pause for thought in this regard, the system will be over and the will of the people to defend it will weaken to a much greater extent than it is now.

The government will fight to perpetuate itself and Congress will pretend to fight the president on his proposals, most recently the Immigration Initiative and the Iran Nuclear Deal and when they “lose” they will hold their heads up high and say “We tried!”

Did they now?

How is King Jeb the Third going to do anything about this?

He isn't but he’ll look good not doing it.

His sycophantic supporters and the government press will regal all us impoverished peasants at how Presidential he looks when we know they wish they could say Imperial. But that will come in time.

Jeb Bush will continue to draw his support, and he is the candidate with the biggest bank account, from big business which seeks political advantage over small businesses, craves low wage labor and covets the ability to shift the costs of this labor onto the communities they overrun rather than pay for it themselves. He will continue to choose the side of the public unions over the will of the people who pay their way. There is no reason, in a time where we should be looking for strength of conviction, that we will get any from this man.

The last thing this country needs right now is THE SAME.

So perhaps once again we who actually matter in this equation, since it's the money from the fruits of our labor in the greater proportion, that is funding this whole charade, will be left without much of a choice again this election.

Why vote for a Leftist in Republican cloth when you can have the real Leftist in a Democrat silk robe? It's either that or stay home.

That’s what happened last time with Mitt Romney. Had he been more conservative, had he been just a little less wishy-washy where he should have held a hard line, he may have actually won the election and would have been at this moment addressing the financial issues, the real issues that face the stability of the United States. But he wasn't and an estimated three million conservatives stayed home.

George Bush Senior reneged on his promise of No New Taxes. His son George Walker Bush spent money like a Sailor on Shore Leave and started the program of National Surveillance of U.S. Citizens and so what are we to expect from a Jeb Bush presidency given the chance?

I shudder to think

Obama to Blame for Libyan Debacle

There is no one more responsible for what is happening in Libya today other than the current President of the United States, the irresponsible Barack Obama.
His ill-conceived intervention in the region has destabilized what was, for the most part, a long functioning state. For all that Moammar Gadhafi was, he was no different than any of the other regimes operating in that part of the world, holding onto power and keeping the radical element of his religion at bay.  Plus, it was none of our business.
Well no longer thanks to Mr. Obama.
What makes this worse for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner was that he was advised that intervening in a civil war of a sovereign nation would most likely throw the region into chaos and usher in yet another victory by radical Islam and thereby all but sanction an Islamic religious Caliphate?
But Obama didn’t care.
President Obama defied Congress, defied the American People and outright violated the U.S. Constitution in his single-minded resolve to enter the Libyan civil war on the side of the radical element of Islam. Why? It boggles the mind.
And here we are almost three years after the death of Gadhafi, watching Libya continue to fight, continue to fail and continue to bleed. That is, if the national media cared to even look or report it with anything like the zeal they save for Israel.
Thank you Mr. President.
But Mr. Obama could not have achieved this all on his own. “The Party” was behind him.
Some helpful members of note include:
The former Democrat and now Independent Senator from Connecticut, Joe Lieberman, a man who once trumpeted the School Voucher Program to aid poor families to choose the schools they could send their kids to only to abandon it when Al Gore tapped him as his running mate for his failed bid in the 2000 Presidential election. Lieberman was all for it.

Former Massachusetts Senator and current “Hypocrite of State” John Kerry, then the chairman of the Committee of Foreign Relations floated the total delusion that imposing a No-Fly Zone on a foreign country did not constitute a military intervention.
Then there were well known Liberal lackeys Jack Reed D – RI and Dick Durban D- NY
Of course Republocrat Senator John McCain from Arizona was for intervention since he never met a war he didn’t like. Plus he’s crazy as a hoot owl but he keeps getting re-elected. How many times can a guy be dead- wrong about a situation and still not pay the price? A man so muddle-headed he even referred to the people who eventually stormed our Embassy in Libya “Freedom Fighters”.

Does he even have a mind left to reflect upon this? If it were me, I’d kill myself.

Right-Wing Wacko and resident FOX TV war monger Sean Hannity was all for it too, of course “America must lead!” and we did and now what?

Ultimately intervention was Obama’s decision to make and what he has to show for it is more bloodshed leading up to our Libyan Ambassador Christopher Stevens killed along with fellow Americans Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. This is the president’s gift that just keeps on giving.

And so where the support for Libya now as chaos continues to reign? Where are the weapons we gave the “Freedom Fighters” and whom are they killing?
Whether it’s Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan or Libya, every side Obama has come down on has been the wrong side and every place we have trampled has turned to shit.

The blood is on the hands of President Obama and all who supported him in this abject failure.

Presidential Choices Now Clearly Drawn

Now that Mitt Romney has chosen budget hawk Paul Ryan as his vice president and the ideological divide never broader in the history of our nation.
Do you vote for fiscal responsibility or fiscal disaster?

The United States is going to have an economic crash. I’ve got 7 to 13 Billion reasons to think it so. The choice is who you want in the presidency when that happens. Do you want the people who know and believe a collapse is going to happen and have a plan to avert or fix it or the people who are just going to keep the money spigot on until the economy goes over the cliff?
The funny thing is that people who are on the dole and are receiving government benefits will probably be voting for the wrong guy. It’s Romney who actually wants to save Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. I personally won’t mind seeing these government transfer schemes collapse and burn.

I find myself on the fence.
Another 4 years of the Obama administration and the collapse of the government entitlement system is assured. There won’t be enough money to pay for even a bit of it and although they will try, there won’t be enough money left in the private economy to take. End of system.

With Paul Ryan’s budget plan and Mitt Romney’s quoted resolve to keep the status quo on these money sucking programs, it is probably a good bet that even when the economy crashes they will attempt to “save” them although cuts will be in order.
The thing I’m concerned about come the fiscal collapse is that if ObamaCare is left in place, the resulting shortages in medicine, doctors and equipment will create a greater hardship than if Romney actually tried to keep the pyramid up so to speak. Anyone who has tried to make even a routine doctor’s appointment knows what I mean. Even people on the left side of the fence do not believe for a moment that this will improve. Other than that, let it all burn.

But this is a dilemma for the American people to decide. Because of the irrational behavior of our present group of politicians on both sides of the aisle, one side allowing vast groups of illiterate Goths into the country to become a government dependent voting class a la Hugo Chavez or the other side that supplies a slightly better educated voting group with perpetual War and Drug Prohibition to keep the military, judicial and correctional jobs flowing.
It is a good thing that Romney went with the money guy instead of the military guy for V.P. since the last thing we need in the Whitehouse right now is another military mind since the last 58 years of warfare has only served to sour me on its effectiveness as an economic engine.

The lines are drawn so let the contest begin. No accusation will be too outlandish; no act will be too bizarre. Down will be up and up will be down. It will be raining hotdogs and hamburgers with one syndicate trying to wrest power from another syndicate trying desperately to hold onto it.
You won’t be able to believe anything you hear and none of what you read. You may even doubt your eyes. Elvis, Bruce Lee and Amelia Erhart  will come back and Jesus will stop by for tea with your dead grandmother.

Nothing will be clear and everybody will be out in the street to declare "What about me?".

Please try to hold onto your humanity.
