Protesting vs Looting

In 1963 the late Reverend Martin Luther King organized a march on Washington DC, where he made his "I have a Dream" speech, to foster change in the United States. Louis Farrakhan organized a march on Washington DC in 1995, the so called Million Man March, to also elicit personal pride and change in the country.

Some say nothing much has happened to change things in this country since then.

I can see why marching on Washington isn't doing much to change things. Our Constitutional Government, by design, is geared for measured change. So it stands to reason that frustration can occur when groups, hungry for acceptance, decide it's better to take a shortcut.

But why, instead of marching to City Hall, The State House or head to Washington, do today's protesters head straight to the Mercantile Districts?

If a march on Washington isn't going to do it for you, I can't see the political advantage of tearing into an Apple Store or a Macy's Department Store. All I can get from this is that, rather than this being about the careless murder of a man by the callous police, it's about getting free stuff for yourself. In fact, it's ALL about YOU, isn't it?

Here in the city of Boston, last evenings "Protesters" marched right past the State House, where the State Legislature meets and where the Governor has his offices and headed instead down the street to nearby Downtown Crossing, where there are department stores, jewelry shops and other businesses big and small.

Why pick there to do your protesting?

Across the street from the State House is the famous Boston Common, which has been a traditional place to hold protests and rallies. The British garrison stationed on the Common, back when Boston was locked down and closed off by the British Empire following the Tea Party, watched Samuel Adams ride by on his way to the 2nd Continental Congress in Philadelphia to urge independence for the Colonies.

But this place too, was overlooked for the expression of the personal moral outrage felt by those marchers who only wanted to show their solidarity with the spirit of George Floyd, I'm sure. The city common is just not a suitable place to fully communicate their view on race relations in these United States circa 2020.

No, they have to go to the Shops!

This is where they can best be heard.

We just can't understand what it's like to be them! We can't walk in their shoes because we don't know, won't know, CAN'T possibly EVER know what it's like to be where they are at this very moment in their unrelenting grief.

Which at the moment is standing outside the window of the Shop & Save with a brick in their hand and a firebomb in their backpack.

"NOBODY knows how we FEEL!" they scream. "You racist, leave us alone to protest the only way we can to express our feelings."

"After all, they're only stores and shops, they're not people. They have insurance! So whats wrong with tearing them up? "

I've heard this lately from media people and Liberal politicians and it's unbelievable the lack of support for the people who risked their savings and put in the time to start a small business. Whole families depend on the income of many of these places and they all work there. With the taxes they pay, this is what they get? After being arbitrarily shut down and thrown out of work for 3 whole months, this is what they get?

Contrary to popular belief, it is the Small Businesses that drive employment in this country. Businesses that employ under 100 people employ the most people in the U.S. and not the big corporations. And between the bizarre shutting down of "non-essential" businesses and now the direct burning and looting attacks directed, not at the seats of government but at them, small business in this country is suddenly very much on the ropes.

This isn't an accident. This is by design to make sure the small businessman, a vulnerable pillar of our economy, is injured beyond repair. This is the double-whammy of being denied revenue combined with a guarantee of increased overhead because their insurance premiums will be going up, that is, if they're insured at all which many are not. It's not free money.

And once they're gone, who will risk taking their place?

Our local governors and mayors better wake up and drop the political game to stop this now.

This is not a protest and these are not protesters.

Time for the Governors to quit dragging their feet and open up the States already.

Let's get back to work!

Organized Anarchy in the U.S.A.

This is not your father's protest and 1968, this isn't. Oh, there's righteous anger alright and deservedly so but there is also something more.

With the well-funded professional Anarchist groups blending in and using the George Floyd protests as cover, we are seeing some well-organized and coordinated attacks. These groups have grown to the point where we are now seeing them able to throw big numbers of dedicated soldiers at the Walls of Government. And also, the Gates of the White House.

The protesters and looters just an anticipated and welcome distraction. Consider them momentary volunteers for The Cause, human battering-rams and shields to enable their forces to enter the Castle. These people aren't after toasters and televisions but they want the burning buildings, smashed police cars and beaten bodies to be on YOUR television. They want you afraid and, in regard to race, ashamed. That's the aim. That's how they plan to get you to jump through their hoop...like a trained circus animal.

So at this point in time, can we stop pretending this is a protest?

These groups, ANTIFA, which stands for Anti-Fascism, was established to combat Fascism and other forms of "extreme right-wing ideology". So what group do you think falls on the Right?

Conservatives spring to mind.

And "Extreme" is just a state of perception. One person's extremist is another person's Republican Senator, or Republican President for that matter.

But by their own definition, they are separate from the Right, so they must therefore fall somewhere else on the political spectrum. The Left perhaps, since they don't appear to be Moderates. And if they have shown up at these protests dressed in their uniforms of all-black with head scarves and incendiary devices in hand, then surely a case can be made that they fall somewhere on the FAR-Left.

Then there is Black Lives Matter. Who can dispute this? Nobody. And don't say "All Lives Matter" because now you're being insulting.

These are essentially the paid mobs of the Political Left, developed and organized over time into a stealthy fighting force that now has to be taken very seriously. We've seen them in action before, infiltrating college campus protests burning buildings and attacking when Conservative people speak.

These college attacks, one at UC Berkeley in California and another at Middlebury College in Vermont, both in 2017, were dress rehearsals and recruiting drives. Although quite serious, these relatively small-time operations also served as tactical lessons since in both instances, they got away cleanly and their targets were totally unprepared and left bewildered at the intensity and scale that was exhibited. And most notably, even their Leftist enablers in government were caught off-guard.

Clearly these were attacks of an unpredicted scale.

And here we are.

Now three years older, their young Generals and Lieutenants have matured and grown into their labors and planning. The Sargents and Foot Soldiers too, have drilled and learned their tactics to where they can perform them autonomously. With their recruitment goals met, their ideology and rhetoric set, they are ready for the national stage.

All they needed was a catalyst.

Unfortunately, these days it doesn't take long. After all these national incidents of outrage, how do you get the same thing happening over and over again so neatly framed for global broadcast? It boggles the mind.

The Micheal Brown shooting in Ferguson, MO, may have been contrived but there have been two clearly negligent killings of black people that have stood out in our most recent past; Eric Gardner in New York City, chocked to death by a policeman using an illegal hold while he was selling individual cigarettes to people on the sidewalk. And Freddie Gray in Baltimore, a troubled young man who, at the very least, was not protected from falling while cuffed behind his back in the police van where, it was said, he stuck his neck and died from his injuries.

So to discover yet another disconnected man-in-uniform capable of the very public and torturous death of George Floyd still on the city of Minneapolis's payroll is bizarre in itself. Why protect a potential liability like this? But this is not what the Brotherhood of Uniformed Policemen think. They just think "Protect Their Own".

And that ain't YOU, brother!

And this bullshit about "if you can speak, you can breathe..." had nothing to do with it. The artery that carries blood to your head is on the side of your neck and having someone's knee there to stop the flow of blood will kill you. And if these people had "underlying health conditions" perhaps the arresting officer should have taken a look at someone like, say, the 400 lb. Eric Gardner and thought "Gee, maybe if I do this, I could kill him?"

Ya think?

According to the last study I saw, just under 40 people are killed every year after being Tazer-ed and nobody seems to care about that.

So the latest match has been lit and the fires for the Summer of 2020 have been started heading into the November elections. Will we see these same "protests" come to the national conventions? I think that would be a sound bet. This is going to be kept going along with the obviously political Covid-19 lock-downs and the economic havoc they are causing all the way to the November elections. That looks like the plan anyway.

It will be important for these lock-downs to end immediately and for people to get back to work and try to salvage their livelihoods. Too many idle hands have made this whole situation worse. It's time for the Leftist Governors call off the game and to end this self-destruction as of yesterday.

Just where and how far they are all willing to go just keeps getting more outrageous with each passing day. Do they really think they will be able to turn this all off like a switch even if their candidate wins?

And what if they can't?

Obama Finally Gets His Scandal

And it's the biggest one we know of in the recent history of the United States!

I guess it was worth waiting for.

Yes, the 8 year historic reign of Mr. Obama who touted that his was the only incumbency that was scandal free, has now issued forth an epic tale of skulduggery. The level of underhandedness, straight-faced lies and judicial complicity that was undertaken by the Obama administration to undermine the 2016 Presidential election and turn it into a victory for Hillary Clinton was at a level that would make both J. Edgar Hoover and Nikita Khrushtchev green with envy. But while they may have referred to these acts of subterfuge as "business as usual", we will henceforth call it what it is:

Treason.

How else can you explain it? Ordering the FBI to tap the phone lines of the Presidential nominee of the opposition party, then giving that information to their party's nominee, then leaking other inside information to a willing and enabling press corps to cause scandal and disorganize that person's campaign. That would be, to clarify, Donald Trump, now President.

This, unlike all the other non-scandals that didn't happen in the Obama White House, just might qualify. After all, mounting a Coup d'etat to preserve the linear Progressive power structure should add the needed criminality to surpass the past misdeeds of past Presidents that all appear so much smaller now.

So, after coming so close during his American stewardship, this should put President Obama and his corrupt Administration over the top. Other scandal candidates include:

IRS Targets Conservative Groups - Not a Scandal!

How about the IRS under President Obama going after groups that

Groups with names that included terms like "Tea Party" or "Patriots" were subject to increased scrutiny and not given tax exempt status as allowed for political groups under IRS guidelines. They were asked for donor lists, details of their on-line content and information about family members. All while other "less-than-conservative" groups were given express service.

Doesn't count, says the American Media!

Gun Walking - Not Scandalous!

The infamous Gun Walking (aka Fast & Furious) plan, lead by a person totally loyal to the cause but certainly not smart enough to come up with the plan on his own, Obama's then Attorney General Eric Holder, had administration agents allowing American-made, high-powered armaments to be sold across our boarder with Mexico to the the very drug cartels our boarder agents were in conflict with. This was done to undermine the gun rights of the American citizen but instead resulted in the killing of boarder agent Brian Terry and hundreds of innocent Mexican citizens.

But that was not a scandal in the eyes of the American Media. They still touted that the Obama Administration as Scandal Free!

Not Anymore

Well that's over.

The phony Plan A and now the phony Plan B, the Russia, Russia, Russia, collusion effort has all been proven to be a hoax, a stall and yes, a crime.

It's all about Get Trump and the biggest enemies of the People that he is battling are in his own government and the Anti-Constitutional agents of our future oppression. Oh, you can be as free as you want to be...just as long as THEY get to call the shots and continue to raid the U.S. Treasury and skim their take of the money from the U.S. Taxpayer.

Can Someone Finally Go to Jail? 

Can someone finally get arrested for this stuff? Somebody? Anybody? How can these people just be walking around and getting television commentary jobs and writing books? Is there no downside to trying to overthrow the government anymore?

Take the FBI - Federal Bureau of Instigation, with Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. Can't we send these people to jail? It's their names on the line approving the phony investigation. A very public trial is in order. Somebody please get on that, won't you?

And how about former CIA Director John Brennan? The suppression of evidence is a crime. That's what he did. He also said in his reports that Russia was interfering in the 2016 election to boost Donald Trump. A total fabrication. Can't someone find a nice cell for this Deep State operative?

Then there are those two star-crossed conspiratorial love birds, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page? Surely at least they can be scape-goated to save the others.

So many more to add but it's tiresome to think of the volume of Left Wing Revolutionaries that have conspired to steal the vote, railroad the innocent and sabotage the nation for their own gain. Until some of these Keystone Cops go to jail, this scenario will only repeat in the future.

The American Media

While we're at it, can we just forget about the concept of "The Media Got it Wrong"? They haven't gotten anything wrong. They are in on the CON. The American Media isn't working for the Deep State, they ARE the Deeps State. They are just the Propaganda Wing. I don't know why anybody listens to them, watches them or pays any attention to what they say. Ditto for the so called Conservative media outlets. There is nothing to be believed from either of them. They are all cut from the same cloth. They're all con artists.

Trust your own instincts, you'll be better off.

Our Constitutional Government

The Ghost of Benjamin Franklin and his warning should dominate our minds: "Here's your Republic...if you can keep it."

The framers of the U.S. Constitution weren't a bunch of powder-wigged fools from a bygone age. They were the most successful and educated people of the age and they lived in a time of Imperial rule and wanted to protect future generations from Kings and Dictators. That was the plan anyway.

And so far, for the most part, this system still manages to work which the 2016 election has confirmed, at least in my eyes.

There is a "push-pull" inherent in this system where each party has enjoyed an equal opportunity at governance under the law. Today we see two major and ideologically separate parties vying for governance. Historically, a swing too far to the Left has in the past resulted in a equalizing swing to the Right and so both these parties have played a roll in the governing of the country.

The Obama administration is the first one that has been so blatantly caught red-handed attempting to change this push-pull dynamic to a Putch.

And one certainly gets the feeling that this time around the Political Left felt that they were VERY close to finally taking control of the election process in 2016. Hillary Clinton would certainly have set about finishing the work that G.W. Bush and Barack Obama had laid for her and secured access to the Federal Government for the Leftist Progressives for who knows how long.

Judging by the bizarre, transparent and incomprehensible reactions of the U.S. Media and the high crimes committed by planted agents of the Left in our government since the election of Donald Trump, one has to draw the conclusion that some long-laid plans by these Dictators-in-waiting were shot to hell in the last election.

As the late, great, Fats Domino used to say, "Ain't that a shame."

Can China Oppress Its Way to Prosperity?

Remember Tibet? It used to belong to the Tibetans. Not any more. China took over. The outrage lasted minutes while Chinese policemen kicked protesters to death in the streets.

How about Taiwan. It's a sovereign nation, right? Not to China it isn't and they never stop threatening to take it over. By force, of course.

China's Claims

To determine ownership of a territory, China it seems merely has to claim it. "It's ours by right, stay off!"

And that's all their is to it. Tibet...is China's. The South China Sea, well, it has the word China in it, see? Therefore it belongs to China. Nobody else gets to use it. It's China's.

Taiwan is China's. Why? Because China says so!

Taiwan may have something to say about that. "No they don't, it's ours!"

Hong Kong wasn't China's for a long time. China was very different then. Different government, different economy and Hong Kong too is different, like a different country.

But China claims Hong Kong just the same.

Where do China's claims stop?

There's a rumor going around this country that China wants to go to the Moon just to see if the American flag is really there. If it isn't, China will claim the Moon too.

How Will the World React?

Hong Kong is, in my opinion, the last frontier of true economic freedom left in the world. A place where you can rent a storefront, put up a sign and call yourself a business. Very little red tape involved in comparison to say, anywhere in the United States. It's a city just teaming with commerce and ambition. Ambition for success and for something few on mainland China enjoy, Freedom!

But don't worry, China will fix that. They'll eventually kick their way in and crush the local pro-democracy lunatics, killing the most resistant and sending the rest to be re-educated or harvested or both. They'll then look to their European enablers for signs of disapproval.

But they won't see any.

I mean, what nation cut ties with China over Tibet? None. Nobody did. If they do the same thing to Hong Kong, will it score a ripple on China's economic radar screen? Will they pay a price?

Well, perhaps the UK may have had enough and actually speak up about what China is doing given it's past ties to Hong Kong but don't expect France, Spain or Germany to make much of a fuss. They all need the low cost manufacturing they've grown dependent upon. They're tied too tight economically to China to open their cringy yaps and do anything beyond a grandstanding speech or some-such.

To them, Hong Kong is just another Tibet; "Pass the Bearnaise Sauce will you, my Filet Mignon is not as moist as it should be." "Send it back Angela, the cook will make you another!" "Good idea Annegret, I'll send it back."

"Oh, those unfortunate people of Hong Kong." they will say. And that will be the end of it. It will take people marching in the streets of those nations to get a bigger reaction. But since it's only people getting killed and a major global economic engine being silenced and not something REALLY important like "Global Climate Warming Change", will they get much of a turnout?

China Roads

China is good at taking over. They've bought their way into Africa although there are rumblings from South Africa about the deal they've made with the Devil, but they'll all regret taking the money China dangles in front of the impoverished nations of Africa.

Nobody really TRUSTS China. They're serious as a heart attack and as funny as a crutch. They have a chip on their shoulder so big the Iranians can only look on in envy and they are out to pay back ALL the slights of history they feel have been directed at them because they are Chinese.

China now says, "If the world will not love us, by _________, (*whatever Godless Idol Chairman Xi worships) they'll fear us!"

And surely, where ever China goes these days, they make everyone around them nervous.

And they should be.

Tienanmen Square Redux

But China is at it's best at oppressing it's own. From the untold millions who were purged in the days of Mao to the extension of that control to the long segregated Muslim population. The control and subjugation of them and Christians too, is all just by rote these days. Nobody escapes and everybody is subject to social controls. The Muslims just get it worse, of course.

It's all about control. China controls it's population. Telling them what they can see, what they can say, what they can do and where they can go. In this fashion, the government can feel secure that they will not be overthrown. With the country contained, they will feel much more secure as they expand and try to take over the weaker territories nearby and give them the same treatment. And then, they surmise, they will expand from there spreading the subjugation model they've perfected at home.

The Question

Can China's economic business model sustain it's ambitions?

Already being challenged on the economic battlefield, China's weakness is evident. The other major nations of the world must keep buying their cheaper products and feeding the Dragon. If they should decide to go elsewhere, the Chinese Juggernaut could hit the wall.

But that would also help out the United States and President Trump. What to do, what to do?

What will it take for the other nations of the world to decide to stop buying Chinese goods?

If China should decide to go into Hong Kong with guns a-blazing, the reactions or lack thereof of the European nations will tell us a lot.

Judge Kavanaugh Pees on Nurse as Infant

California Democratic Congresswoman Diane Feinstein has leveled yet another more despicable accusation at President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavenaugh today. This is even worse than the allegation he sexually harassed an unidentified woman back while he was in high school.

Yes, this latest accusation of giving a "golden shower" to a young and inexperienced female nurse while he was about one year old has graver intonations since this is a well known act of dominance by a male when done to a female.

The FBI is looking into it.

Diane Feinstein Attempts the Clarence Thomas Maneuver 

It was an act of grasping at straws then and it's even more ludicrous now since we've seen this tried already. And it didn't work then either. The only difference was that the Democrats back when Clarence Thomas was being confirmed actually talked someone into going before the cameras. That someone was Anita Hill. She wasn't believable then and she's not any more convincing now. It was a sham and well, that's American politics for you. And despite the hand-wringing and the gnashing of teeth. It failed in the end. And so will this attempt but with the cost of cementing these events into a newly confirmed Supreme Court Justice. Judge Kavanaugh will never be able to forget his treatment at the hands of these clawing, grasping weasels of a human subspecies; The Liberals.

Trump Administration Has the Nerve to Question the Timing

National Public Radio today expressed surprise and shock that the Trump administration questioned the timing of these latest accusations coming as they have in the run up to next Thursday's confirmation vote. Don't they know that an accusation should be enough? And based on this accusation alone, Judge Kavanaugh should admit he's not fit to hold the position and should withdraw in disgrace. After all, the accuser is unidentified and we all know what THAT means, right?

Life in the Me Too Universe

An accusation is as good as a conviction these days. Just make something up, which is clearly what this story is. Totally a blatant and telegraphed low blow to the genitals of common decency, truth and the unity of the country. But NONE of that matters to the Political Left. The ends justify the means. And even if this lie of lies delivered with a straight face doesn't work, and it won't, it will only set the bar lower so that these Marxist worms can go even lower in the future.

How such a notion is laughed at at face value only serves to remind me of the still lingering power of the Oposition Press. The Media Enablers of the Left will have televised debates and have "serious" discussions over who the accuser is and why they chose to come forward now, after what, 39 years?

The Liberal Judges

Judges Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor must look upon this bizarre spectacle and thank their Dark Lord that they are dyed-in-the-wool party Aparatchiks and didn't have to go through this type of grilling. Would they have survived such scrutiny?

We'll never know.

Judge Clarence Thomas

Clarence Thomas, fighting off his "High Tech Lynching" with his classic comment of being an "Uppity Black Man" has gone on from his Liberal Baptismal of Fire at the hands of the early Progressives who felt he was "the wrong kind of black man" to become the most consistent interpreter of the U.S. Constitution that I have ever had the good graces to witness. I thank the Universe that he was able to prevail and to prove, by his strict interpretation of the LAW of the LAND that the Democrats were right to be afraid of him for he has proven to be freedom's champion.

And I hope with all my might that they have just as good a reason to fear Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Obama Flaunts His Pessimism

Former President Barak Obama truly cannot figure it out.

A man who never met an economy he could understand just cannot figure out how current President Donald Trump could turn around the U.S. economy so quickly.

He just has no idea. He is baffled by the whole thing. So much so, he is compelled to broadcast his incredulity across the globe in a speech meant to denigrate the sitting president but only served to bring into sharp contrast the glaring differences between the two men.

President Obama believes that only Government can grow an economy. That the only time the economy LOOKED to be growing was when his administration injected $ 832 Billion into the U.S. economy. This he did by sending U.S. Taxpayer money to the states in order to prop up their public sector workforce since, with all these people being out of work in the country, the tax revenues were falling and the states were looking to cut their public employee ranks.

So the government spent a lot of money. A lot of money they had to pull out of the pockets of the people who earned it first. In essence, it's robbing Peter to pay Paul and we would never know how far that $ 832 Billion dollars would have gone to stimulate the economy had it been left in the peoples pockets to spend as they see fit.

Then President Obama did not trust the American people with their money. He and only he could know how better to distribute these funds to GROW the economy.

And for a little while it did, of course, because the states spent that money and kept their public sector employed. They got paychecks and money was put into circulation. But it was just a band aid, a short term solution to a long range issue. And it eventually showed.

Once that money was spent, after the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2014 looked like things were taking off, the economy fell right back to below expectations and at one point, between the 3rd quarter of 2015 to the 1st quarter of 2017, tripped along at 1%, 0.4%, 1.5%, 2.3%, 1.9%, 1.8% and 1.8%.

And that is the Obama Ecomony we all remember, the one Mr. Obama thinks we do not.

That is because there was no return on that money put into the economy. When it was spent, it was gone and the economy got nothing back. There were no businesses that grew because of it and no additional wealth created by it. Money taken out of the economy and then put back into it isn't an Investment. There's no net gain. It's just a wash but for the many extra hands it passes through. The middleman, in this case The Government, takes it's cut too. Where is the growth in this process?

President Trump, on the other hand, put the money back into peoples pockets so they can go out and spend it. Not just because of the tax cut but also ending excessive regulations and other business taxes that restricted small business growth. People think that big corporations are the largest employers of American workers but it's really small business, companies that employ 100 people or less, who have always been the backbone of U.S. industry.

Under the Obama administration small businesses were just another stream of revenue and his administrations policies restricted them but under the Trump administration, these restrictions are being eased and they are coming back and coming back for everybody. All boats are being lifted in the new tide.

The man who once told union employees in the manufacturing sector that their jobs were NEVER coming back and that this was the NEW NORMAL can never understand what it takes to foster real growth.

This is why Mr. Obama is back out on the campaign trail. He's trying to buy a CLUE!

No Mr. Obama, you may think it takes a magic wand to do what President Trump has done but it doesn't. It takes an OPTIMIST. A person who believes that great achievements can be accomplished by a nation that he thinks is GREAT.

You aught to have tried it but you didn't believe it could happen.

Big difference. 

Leftist "Never Trumper's" Undermine Russian Relations

You mean to tell me that the United States and Russia are to never ever have good relations? That we should never ever attempt to understand each other going forward into perpetuity? That we should always and forever be at odds?

How absurd this notion is.

"Oh how evil they are!"

Yup, yup, yup, they're evil. Nobody else is evil, just Russia. Only Russia has oppressed their people. Only Russia has done...fill in the fucking blank! Australia didn't kill a bunch of Aborigines, Japan didn't kill a bunch of Ainu Indians, Chinese, Koreans etc, the French didn't kill a bunch of Haitians, Ethiopians, Vietnamese, etc etc and Germany is ok now although they started two world wars and killed 6 million Jews. Yup, yup, yup, Russia's evil. Don't get me started.

We have relations with China whom we fought against in Korea, we have relations with Vietnam whom we tried real hard to wipe out every single one of not so long ago, we have relations with Germany and Japan. But Russia? Come on, nobody is buying it. Nobody but the people who have a monetary or political stake in keeping the two countries apart believe that this is a bad thing.

And Russia did manage to fight in two world wars that they didn't start and as far as I remember they were on our side.

The West has always used Russia as the Boogey Man. "Drink your milk or the Russians will get you" sort of thing. U.S. politicians have always pointed out that our way is the right way and that Russia is a goddless country of gulags and black & white photography of starving masses while they tax us all into the poor house to defend against "Soviet Aggression" while all along using NATO to antagonize them. It makes no sense.

While we have pretended to court the Soviets and even sold them grain to cover the economic shortfalls of their Communist Experiment, there was always distrust on the part of Russia to get involved since the memory of our participation in intervening in the glorious Revolution lingered. After that it was our involvement in the useless, useless NATO alliance that President Trump has recently pointed out in no uncertain terms, has no inkling of relevance left in today's world of Global Economics.

How can Germany pretend to be afraid of Russian attack when they're paying them a TON of money for gas imports? Um, Right?

And it would be ditto for the U.S. It's tough to have a war with a good trading partner. The more the European Union gets involved with Russia economically, the less the NATO charade is needed.

It's really all just bullshit. It's all about the money. United States Taxpayer Money! They want it, you got it. This really should end, it's a waste of time and money. U.S. time and money.

And you better believe that the next Democratic President will go running over to whoever is running Russia in the future and claim to have made "Historic Progress" in U.S./Russian relations. Just as long as it isn't President Trump who does it. That's all.

CNN Disputes Trump Claim that Sky is Blue! 

Although I have confidence in the vast capabilities of the United States intelligence agencies, it has become clear to the American People that they have "picked a side" of whom to support in this country. That's very bad. They have not only decided who they think should run the country, they have also formulated and acted upon plans to keep the people they don't want to run the country out. That is also very bad. It's not their call. That call belongs to the American Voter and they have made their choice and it wasn't another Leftist Idiot.

And so, given that they are the way they are, the "stupid choice" of the American People must be overturned. And this was the best plan they came up with?

I don't believe for one moment that Russia as a nation had anything to do with Hillary Clinton losing the 2016 presidential election OR even trying. It's the stupidest thing I've every heard. She didn't even need the help. How did she lose Wisconsin? By never setting foot there!

If she had bothered to go there just ONCE, the World Media could now be hailing President Clinton's successful summit with Vladimir Putin!

But she couldn't be bothered. The fix was in, she was going to win. But there was one small problem.

The American People felt otherwise and we still get to vote and we will in high numbers when motivated. And the motivation was that we were tired of the last 8 years of the only Marxist world leader left in the world, Barrack Hussein Obama. There, I said it.

Too bad nobody else believes in the United States like President Trump and the people who put him in the Whitehouse.

It would be the BEST THING for the world to have the United States and Russia to have good relations, trade agreements and open dialog. And everybody knows it. But since it's Donald Trump attempting it, it can't be allowed to happen. The Media and their government enablers continue their efforts to undermine our relations with Russia. The Boogey Man of the Soviet Era must be maintained to sell fear. Fear is money to these people.

But Russia has moved on from the Soviet Era economically and socially.

So why shouldn't we? 

China Goeth Before a Fall

China does not own Taiwan.

They never did.

They aren’t even the same people.

The children of Mao Zedong and the children of Chiang Kai-shek, although both born of murderous totalitarian cloth, have gone in glaringly different directions since the final banishment of 1949. 

Taiwan did not become Chinese, the Chinese who went there became Taiwanese. And while the Taiwanese are a reflective people now delving into the examination of atrocities of the past, mainland China has no such reflective spirit. Their past suppression and killings of their own people go unresolved in favor of pointing fingers at Japan. Mao Zedong remains a close third on the list of top totalitarian murderers behind Stalin and Hitler. Should history make more revelations, Mao could yet reach number 2.

Today the people of Taiwan are facing their bloody history at the hands of Chaing Kai-shek, even building a memorial museum to victims of the 228 Incident and the White Terror but on mainland China, although they may have abandoned the “Communist” ideology a bit for the sake of making some real money, haven’t given up on the suppression of their history, new ideas and thoughts of freedom that still lie within the people.

And Taiwan is a Democracy whereby they have regular and free elections to see who will exercise government power and where victory at the polls confers real power to the winner.

China…not so much.

I have met many people from China who now live in the U.S. and the first thing they tell me when I ask them “So, what brings you to this part of the world?” is that they now get to live the life they wish to lead. “We do not have much freedom in China” one woman who my company hired part-time and who is also a graduate student at Harvard University said to me, “To achieve the things I want in life, I had to leave.” I’m sure there are many more who remain less fortunate.

To say that China and Taiwan are one is absurd. There is only one China and there is only one Taiwan. There is far more than 110 miles separating the two nations. 

China's Shaky Pins

China may be flexing its muscles in the South Seas but it is a precarious perch for the new bully on the block. One does not have to worry about getting into an arms race to change the balance of power however. All the United States has to do is withdraw China’s Most Favored Nation trading status and impose tariffs on Chinese imports and things will change rapidly.

China’s out there blowing a lot of dough on armaments, building island military bases and planning trips to the moon. It would be a shame if the money ran out before they can finish all that, wouldn’t it. It wouldn’t take long.

We’ve been kissing China’s ass since 1972 screwing Taiwan and ourselves in the process. We have had to put up with a lot of China's nationalistic economic bullshit since then. The dumping of cheap Chinese steel into the United States helped kill our steel production and turned a once iconic steel mill in Easton Pennsylvania into a Sands gambling casino.

Then there is the matter of China’s currency manipulation. See China's government declare their economic independence and might while reaching for the oxygen masks!

But this is very easy to unravel. The action will cause prices to rise here at home but with the coming economic changes on the horizon, the income of working Americans will rise to meet this challenge. Once domestic product kicks into gear, there will be no shortage of goods. They’ll just be made better and last longer.

Despite the last 16 years of spendthrift egomaniac presidents trying to give away the U.S. economy, it’s about time we had a fiscally conservative egomaniac president looking to bring it roaring back.

I can’t wait to see what happens next!

EU Motives, Propaganda, Ukraine and Russia

Not a whole lot of truth coming out of the Western press right now on the Ukraine/Russia standoff.

I immediately wonder when I read reports of  Russian troops storming command posts and guarding the borders, do they actually mean to say “Crimean militia troops sympathetic to Russia” or actually, from across the border Russian army troops?

There has been very little distinction between these militia forces which are home grown and who consider Russia to be their homeland and the so called “Invading Russian Army”. Since there are also Russian bases inside Crimea, how would that be an invasion?

The fact that Ukraine has just been taken over by a political faction that is, to be kind, diametrically opposed to a pro-Russia view, it stands to reason that Crimean militia and Crimean based Russian forces would want to isolate Ukrainian troops stationed there. The media is making this look like aggression when it is common sense. I find it remarkable that neither side has fired a shot with bad intent, an unusual result considering who we're talking about. It appears that nobody is looking for a fight on this except the EU and the new Ukrainian regime since the U.S.and EU want to force Russia off of the Black Sea and Ukraine doesn’t want to lose the income from the Crimea which by most reports is doing better economically that the rest of Ukraine.

And nobody really knows how many troops are currently in the Crimea or who they belong to so why is the U.S. media relying on obviously biased statements from the Ukrainian military for a troop figure? It makes no sense since they are clearly going to overstate the number of Russian troops in the area to “prove” a violation of the 1997 Ukrainian agreement that actually allows Russian troops to remain in that region. This is what passes for journalism in the Western hemisphere these days. Why not admit it's impossible to know instead of issuing misleading information? Because it serves the interests of the U.S and EU, that's why.

Can Russia really “seize” a country that is going to vote to join it in two weeks by national referendum? Just wondering. If the Ukraine votes in its new EU friendly government which is very likely, Crimea, an autonomous region with it's own separate system of government it has been reported, can certainly vote to decide where its own fortunes lie. If that’s Russia, well then, the Ukraine would most certainly march against them. Crimea has every reason to believe that the new Ukraine will come after them to forcibly bring them into the EU fold even if they vote to remain separate from both countries.

This is what I see the danger in the region to be, not Russian aggression but EU coercion. These regions have been divided between Western and Eastern leaning factions for ages and none of this is a new thing by any stretch. This is why the EU and especially the United States should stay out of it. Washington, so adept at squandering our resources, our good will and our tolerance for war with its useless, make-work wars over the last number of decades, has gone to the well too many times for the people to get behind them on this. Only perennial war mongers like John McCain and Sean Hanity will think that would be a good idea. People are tired of it all and by the way, we’re broke!

So why shouldn’t Crimea get to vote? Ukraine is going to vote.
Is it because Crimea is going to vote “wrong”? Is this the way of the EU, to recognize the people who will vote “right” and to deny the other? Aesop had a proverb about this: “Any excuse serves a tyrant”.

And Obama’s so called solution is a joke! We all know that outside observers either from the U.N. or the OSCE are totally useless and much like the U.N. itself, has not managed to protect anybody but looks on while people get killed all around them. History has shown that the U.N. has only served to prolong conflicts, not solve them. The OSCE group cannot be trusted in the first place since they work for the EU. Nothing independent about their point of view. Gee, I wonder what they're going to report? Good idea letting those spys walk around the place.

But I think the Whitehouse is welcoming this distraction since it would rather have you looking at the Ukraine "Crisis" than at your own paycheck which continues to shrink as the government programs they have implemented suck your resources and drive you and the company you work for to the poorhouse."Look, Russians on the boarder!" is the old familiar ring from the late 1950s, "Forget about us screwing with Libya, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan et al, the Russian's are violating the sovereignty of a country! We've got to do something by God!"

And why don’t we just pledge to give Ukraine $100 Billion? We don’t really HAVE the $ 2 Billion anyway so what’s the difference?

One really has to laugh when CNN has earlier reported that some Ukrainian television channels inside the Crimean territory have been replaced by “state run” Russian channels. Considering here in the U.S. CNN is just one of many, many state run television channels. Can't help but stifle a chuckle when I read about "Russian Propaganda" these days. Thanks CNN for the laugh.

I don’t see the crime here other than the escalation of rhetoric and innuendo reported as fact. These days I find I trust the words of Barack Obama and David Cameron much less than those of Vladimir Putin. At least Putin has lied to me a whole lot less. Who'd of thunk that?

And so as I write this, the U.S. seems now willing to send ships and ordinance in the European region to “help”. What this never ending continuation of military blunders coming out of Washington will most likely do is increase the chances of starting WW III since the last two world wars started in Europe and we all know Russia is not going to give up it's access to the Black Sea. It means too much to them as a nation and what it would take to dislodge them from Crimea even if we had the political will to actually attempt it would be too large a price to pay for the world.

Would we destroy the Crimea to save them? Hell, we've done it before, just look at Vietnam, a country we spent a decade to "save" from the Communist Threat by killing upwards of 7 million people there. All in a days work for the United States.
