The Distraction That Is Ferguson, Missouri

After waited far too long for the information to come to light, it seems that everyone knew that the shooting of Michael Brown, a very big and aggressive kid from the streets of Ferguson, MO, was, in the terms of gun owners everywhere, a “Good Shoot”, meaning that the officer was justified in using deadly force even though young Mr. Brown was unarmed. Being unarmed has nothing to do with anything when two people are wrestling for the same gun or when a guy who is 60 pounds heavier makes a rush at you.

When I was younger I had a roommate who was a State Trooper for the state of Massachusetts. One time he gave me a quick demonstration of how easy it is for an officer to lose a gun to an experienced criminal. He had me wear his gun belt with the (empty) pistol in the holster and the security strap snapped in place and while facing me with a quick and singular movement of his open hand he unsnapped the restraint and removed the pistol, upside down from the holster with his finger on the trigger before I had a chance to react. “It still shoots upside down” he said. Yes it does and that would have been it for me. It didn't take much practice for me to do the same thing. It was quite an education.

The real crime in Ferguson, MO is that it took this long for the information to come out when everybody knew this a few days after the shooting. The Obama Regime and the disgraced criminal who heads the Department of Justice, Eric Holder, was hoping to use Ferguson as a race-based distraction in order, I presume, to keep the economy and the looming government debt out of the news although there are so many controversy and intrigues happening in government right now that to point out just one thing proves difficult but for the most part the economy and the precarious financial pins we are on should be the nations biggest concern.

The economy is not getting better regardless of how much the national press, Bloomberg news, Reuters and PBS glad-hand it and now we are pledging millions more on renewed interventions in the Middle East and on the Ebola scare that has threatened to knock Ferguson, MO off the front pages of the news and it is pitying to see the lengths the race-baiters will go to put it back. A trial for Officer Wilson, the policeman who shot Michael Brown, would serve that purpose very well. Then there could be a new round of indignation when he is acquitted. That should be good for half a years' worth of headlines. 

But despite all this it is the lack of jobs and the lack of opportunity for America’s educated youth that is the 800 pound gorilla in the room and anything to keep this from being discussed prior to the November elections is a result that is dreamed about in the upper reaches of Washington, DC. And for President Obama and his shifty crew, if it’s an issue that will divide America upon racial lines, even better!

The people of Ferguson, MO may very well be getting hosed by the local police but they aren't going to change anything by being on the wrong side of the Michael Brown shooting. To deny the evidence won’t garner any sympathy with the people who can only read what has happened and who have doubted from the beginning the contradictory nature of the local “eye witnesses” to the shooting. Once the truth is known the American people will be on to the next distraction.

At my bank there are 4 year college graduates who are working as Tellers. They make $11.00 an hour 3 and 4 years after they graduated. Individually they are all over $40,000.00 in debt to student loans.  How are these people going to participate in the economy? They can’t borrow more money because they are already in debt and they are struggling to make the minimum payment on their student loans. What the hell are they going to buy? A new car? A house?  Don’t think so. And these young graduates are far from alone. I know a young lady who is also 4 years out of college who works in marketing. She said that she is the only one of her peers who is actually working in the field they went to school for. 

Retail banks aren't making much in the way of money right now either. With the Fed keeping interest rates the lowest they have ever been in the history of American Finance, it costs more to write and service the loan than they receive in return payments on interest.  This leads to slow to no growth. No growth means employee raises remain sparse. Add to that the rising premiums employers have to cover for healthcare and profits are eaten up before they find their way into anybody’s pockets. This is our “recovering economy”.  Not a warm fuzzy feeling for most people around here.

So sure Mr. Obama, distraction and division are the new normal for our national government. It has become so unwieldy, so morally corrupt, so grasping, so unabashedly spendthrift and devoid of irony or guilt as to have rendered itself almost totally ineffective in doing almost anything right. It neither goes far enough or cares enough about doing the job it was intended to do; provide a level field for business, assess and address foreign threats to the nation and to protect the American people.

In all facets of its purpose, America’s government has clearly failed.  

Justice Pursues Eric Holder

Almost three years after he should have resigned, Eric Holder has finally seen the writing on the wall.

Although it hasn't been getting any radio airplay that I have heard, a U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates, has turned down a request from the Department of Justice to delay the release of a list of Operation Fast and Furious documents currently under protection since June of 2012 by President Obama's invocation of executive privilege. That's right, for over two years president Obama has been stonewalling the U.S. court system in an attempt to shield the corrupt head of his Department of Justice.

This lawsuit I might add, was not brought by the U.S. Congress, because the mainstream Republocrat Party doesn't have the time to attempt such a thing since they are too busy trying to beat back the Tea Party, but by a government watchdog group named Judicial Watch.

These documents are therefore due to come out well before the November midterm elections.

This is why Eric Holder resigned.

In his interminable way-to-long tenure at the Department of Justice, this evil racist of a man sought to usurp the U.S. Constitution at every opportunity. Ignoring statues one day and inventing statutes the next. Holder intervened where he didn't belong and never lifted a finger in matters that were his responsibility. His selective action on the law were his most glaring insult to the American taxpaying public. His attempts to achieve “equality” of result by inaction and favoring one group over another ran counter to reason and the law.

His job was to uphold the law and in this he is a FAILURE. Blind justice indeed.

Holders actions alone during the Fast & Furious gun walking scheme meant to discredit defenders of the 2^nd Amendment and to further the Obama Regime’s onslaught against legal gun ownership has killed more people that even former DOJ head Janet Reno under the Carter administration. You will recall Ms. Reno gave the go ahead for the action that killed 68 men, women and children at the Branch Davidian enclave in Waco, TX in 1993. An incident that motivated Timothy McVeigh to bomb the Oklahoma Federal building two years later killing 168 people. If Waco didn't happen, neither would have Oklahoma City. 

Mr. Holder has come close to beating Reno's official record. In addition to the scene of the killing of boarder agent Brian Terry, American arms had also turned up at crime scenes in Mexico. The Mexican government estimates that 211 people had been killed in that country by Fast and Furious arms. This includes Luis Lucio Rosales Astorga, the police chief of Hostotipaquillo in the west-central Mexican state of Jalisco and his bodyguard. This estimate could be under counted.

It is estimated that 2000 guns crossed the border and only about 710 were every recovered.

It is fitting that Holder presented Janet Reno with the Justice Award on April 17, 2009 which, among other things, recognizes her ensuring equality under the law during her time at Justice. How absurd.

These killers hiding behind the shield of American Justice should be pursued to the grave. They should never rest comfortably knowing the pain and suffering they caused for the reason of political gain and fleeting power. It never lasts and now that he is out, I hope Holder can live with it. And live with it he shall. He should never have a moment’s peace and everyone he meets should ask him about how he sleeps at night or how can he stand to look in the mirror. 

America will live to rue the day this trailer trash masquerading as scholars ever gained power in this country and Eric Holder is the regimes poster boy.

Now that he has resigned, justice will find Mr. Holder.

And after it does, he can go to Hell. 

New Obama Strategy: Arm Everyone in Middle East!

“This really will solve a lot of problems.” 

So says U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry. “This way, everyone in the region has a chance to defend themselves from radical Islam.”

Mr. Kerry elaborates, “Since ISIL is now the best armed military force in the region thanks to the Iraqi military running away and leaving their U.S. supplied tanks, shoulder-fired rockets and other nefarious high-end devices of death to be picked up by this latest radical militant group, the United States has no choice but to now give EVEN BETTER weapons to somebody else in the hope that they can stop their advance. It's just common sense."

"It doesn't matter who we give weapons to really. All anyone has to do is take a pledge not to use them against U.S. troops in the future and it's “Here you go, boys!”.

Have a laser guided Hellfire missile installation! Here, take a couple of trunks full of night vision goggles! We were only going to give them to the Day County South Dakota police department anyway so that they could intimidate people who cross the street in the center of town against the light.” Says Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, “We just have so much of this war stuff lying around, it would be a waste not to use it for SOMETHING.”

U.S. State Department spokesperson Marie Harf sums up the situation, “First the U.S. arms the regime of Bashir Assad. Then Assad falls out of favor so the U.S. government was forced to arm all the different opposition groups trying to overthrow Assad. In this manner the U.S. also is arming ISIL opposition groups even though they too are radical Muslims. We supplied military arms to the opposition groups in Libya who were working to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi too. Unfortunately, these were the same people who attacked the U.S. Embassy building there, killing ambassador Christopher Stevens along with agents Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, but those are the chances you take when you are try to win the war on terror, right?”

John McCain, U.S. Senator from the state of Arizona had this to say about his full endorsement of the new Obama military policy, “Since these radicals have very sophisticated weapons now, it is the obligation of the United States to keep arming opposition groups. What these groups are actually opposed to is not the point. As long as they are opposed to killing people, they are the people to arm and hopefully they will only kill for peace.”

Whitehouse Chief of Staff Denis McDonough explains the implementation of the new strategy, “With so many splintered groups opposing not only ISIL, Assad and Al Qaeda, the Pentagon has just decided to drop weapons into the desert and let whoever finds them form their own opposition group. They’re just going to shoot somebody anyway.” 

“And why wouldn't ISIL want U.S. weapons?” asks the rhetorical U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, “We make the most sophisticated weapons in the world. Nobody is even close, except maybe for China but you have Bill Clinton to thank for that. Just think about it, we can hover a heavily armed drone above your house for 20 hours a day almost anywhere in the world so when you eventually come out to walk the dog, Blamo! You never even know what hit you! How cool is that?”

Mr Holder goes on, “It’s not important who gets killed by these weapons but that somebody is putting them to use. Weapons are a big export of the United States and as long as somebody is using them, we can make more. It’s good for the economy. Hell, we've been giving them away to Mexico for years.”, he states proudly.

Vice President Joe Biden adds, “What’s the difference if people in the Middle East are killing each other with knives or top-of-the-line high powered sniper rifles? They’re just as dead, right?” In this part of the world we see a niche and we work to fill it, that’s what we do!

President Obama hopes to just declare this new strategy the law anytime now.

Victim Nation Rallies For Treyvon

People came out by…well, by the hundreds today to rally for victims everywhere. You see, here in the U.S., minorities are victims.

Whether they expect a check or a well-placed EBT voucher, victims everywhere rallied today to call into question an act of judicial privilege given to… a Hispanic guy.

“How dare someone claim the right to self-defense in America” declared one victim of “The System”.

“This time it was Treyvon who was killed savagely beating a neighborhood watch member, tomorrow it could be your son!” was heard by another.

Across this nation, victimhood was on display for all us oppressors to contemplate and our victims can only hope that we all will come away with a sense that we have nothing to fear from these victimized peoples, who’s only motivation is justice, marching with their fists in the air and who have been randomly smashing storefronts, burning cars and attacking people in the streets in an effort to share their victimhood with others all the while yelling “No Justice, No Peace!”.

 It just fills you with the spirit of understanding and guilt doesn’t it?

"We are going to make more victims before this is all over." yelled one victim sickened by his own victimhood.

So since a jury agreed with George Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense in the shooting of Trayvon Martin the logical thing to do for these victims and the victims supporters who currently occupy the White House and the Department of Justice is clear; Go after “Stand Your Ground” laws everywhere. After all, they have nothing to do with this case.

But armed citizens defending themselves is a BIG problem.

So big that the President of the United States and the Head of the Department of Justice have to drop what they’re doing; Driving the country to the Poor House and running guns to Mexico respectively, to address a growing problem for minority victims everywhere.  

“We can’t have people just shooting people who are attacking them!” pontificated the scholarly Mr. Holder.

“What will become of criminals if we can just shoot them for pounding our heads into the pavement?” says he. “America is better than that!”

For President Obama’s sake, he has a different perspective.

“I’m a victim too!” Says Mr. Obama.

“I remember growing up a victim. That’s why I smoked so much pot and didn’t study much in college to the point where I won’t ever let them release my grades.” confided the President.

“But being a victim didn't stop me, in fact it helped a lot and now I’m President of the United States and I’m not going to let some half-white guy get away with anything under my watch!”

You tell ‘em Mr. President.

Eric Holder Clears Eric Holder of Wrong Doing

The U.S. Justice Department recently got together with Eric Holder who also chaired the meeting and after careful and balanced deliberations it was ruled that Eric Holder is blameless in the death of a U.S. boarder agent, Brian Terry, and numerous Mexican citizens in his engineering of the present administrations absurd idea of trying to alter U.S. public opinion on gun ownership by allowing American arms to “Walk” across the border into Mexico and having them "find" their way into the hands of murderous drug cartel thugs and that these arms showing up at a number of murder scenes including agent Terry’s was all just an unfortunate coincidence.

 It is clear to the Justice Department and Eric Holder that he had no knowledge of this operation and therefore could not perjure himself when he faced questions regarding this secret operation from Congress.

Eric Holder also found that he, Eric Holder, is not culpable in the tapping of phone lines of members of the National Press and of initiating possible criminal charges towards them. Mr. Holder does acknowledge that his need to locate the sources of unauthorized information leaks from the White House absolutely trumps the U.S. Constitution but that he didn’t know about the wire taps in the first place because he had recused himself from the whole matter ages ago, didn’t you get the memo?

Eric Holder’s Justice Department also declared that there was no dereliction of duty in the failure to prosecute the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation during the 2008 presidential election since one should not expect Mr. Holder to prosecute “his people” regardless of their perceived, filmed and widely distributed actions. Mr. Holder asks “Haven’t black folks been persecuted enough in this country for doing wrong things? Isn’t it time we just look the other way?”

And finally the U.S. Justice Department under Eric Holder further determines that Mr. Holder shall not be held accountable for any new claims of wrongful conduct, obstruction, perjury or of failing to provide evidence to Congress for any future misdeeds that the American people have yet to discover or that he has yet to commit.

This concludes the inquiry into Justice Holder’s conduct.

Obama's Whitehouse Invents Big Lie to Protect Eric Holder

It looks like the United States would rather start yet another war, this time with Iran, than tell Attorney General Eric Holder to resign.

In the ultimate and absurd "Wag the Dog" scenario, the US Government has pulled an assassination attempt out of thin air to divert attention away from a man who is clearly the most incompetent AG since Jimmy Carter appointed that myopic, unapologetic mass-murderer, Janet Reno. 

Time will tell if the Saudis will play along with this "outrage".

The shredding machines must be going 24/7 at the Justice Department right now since the chairman of the House Oversight and Gov’t Reform Committee, Darrell Issa, has issued a subpoena of records relating to Justice’s “Fast and Furious” operation. An operation so politically motivated and misguided as to rival any debauchery the US government has ever cooked up. And that’s saying something.

The list of accusations and public indictments against Mr. Holder started immediately after his appointment by President Obama and he has gone downhill ever since. Here’s the quick list:

o       Decides to close the military prison at Guantanamo Bay by January 2011…just because.

o       Reopened criminal investigations into CIA interrogations under the Bush administration not only wasting two years and a boat-load of money but getting no prosecution victories in his obviously politically motivated pursuit.

o       Wanted to try foreign terrorists in criminal courts instead of military councils and in New York of all places.

o       Not only drops racially motivated voter intimidation charges against the New Black Panthers Party against all recommendations but in an interview regarding how race had affected the Department of Justice’s decision making, Eric Holder denies this accusation with a diatribe that race wasn’t a factor when deciding to prosecute “my people”.

Let’s just pretend for a moment that instead of the Black Panthers it was the Tea Party standing in the same spot just outside the polling station handing out leaflets. The Justice Dept would have been up their arses in less than a minute and it would have made all the news outlets 5 seconds after that.They'd all be doing the mandatory 5 years for voter intimidation.

But the AG has graduated from his gross negligence, his go-it-alone style of management and his failure to even investigate a situation even a little bit before rendering a decision.  Now Mr. Holder has elevated himself to accessory to murder, illegal gun running, aiding and abetting an organized criminal enterprise, lying about it to a Congressional Investigating Committee and getting caught, telling the committee that he had only recently heard about the F & F operation and then having a 9 month old memo surface proving he knew about it well before then. He can't even lie right.

 

As much as the Iranians deserve it, I think even they would rather earn a beating than to be accused of a bogus assassination plot. And for what? To protect a liability of a man who clearly should be put in jail never mind lose his job. The blood of many innocent people now stains Mr. Holder's hands.

If this was China, they’d probably just throw him out of the window of his office just to avoid further embarrassment. Remember that Chinese executive behind the Melamine milk poisoning incident there? According to the public statement, he had an "accident".

Lets hope Justice finds Mr. Holder and soon.
