Venezuelans Continue to Suffer

And they should. They deserve it.

"Oh!" You may say, "Wal Man, you're so heartless and cruel. Don't you have any sympathy for the poor people of Venezuela who have suffered under the Socialist Dictatorship of Nicolas' Maduro?"

Nope.

As I recall, Hugo Chavez didn't just materialize as the Dictator of Venezuela. The people VOTED him in on more than one occasion. They even came out into the streets to protect him when they thought he was going to be overthrown. All these people, they WANTED Hugo Chavez.

Any Why?

He promised them everything they wanted. They were poor. He promised them money and things like appliances, free healthcare and free schooling for their kids. They were jealous of those who had more. He promised to bring them down. Chavez promised to make them pay. They wanted security. He promised them the security of the State. Venezuela under Chavez will take care of all their needs.

And they all went and pulled the lever for Chavez.

And he did what he said he was going to do. He gave them stuff. He punished those who had more. He took away the businesses of the successful and nationalized foreign manufacturing plants as he took total control of the country, it's means of production and it's economy.

This is what the people of Venezuela wanted and they were happy...for awhile.

The funny thing about the motivation to bring down others. When people covet the possessions of others, they are looking up. They only see what lay just above their reach. What they don't think about and therefore do not see are the other people. The people below, looking up at them.

The people who vote for a totalitarian strongman do so in the expectation that it will be they who will be part of the controllers, that they will be a taker under the protection of the king. But as they reached up for what they felt was theirs, the people below reached for them for what they also felt now belonged to them.

And chaos ensued.

And here we are.

So now the people are fleeing the country they made. They are crossing over into Columbia but Columbia doesn't want them. I would have thought Columbia would do something to change things but they haven't and perhaps they feel it's not up to them to fix what the Venezuelan people themselves have broken...namely their Morality.

And although they lament their fate, you won't hear a word against Hugo Chavez, the architect fo the nation's downfall. They have no idea how things got this way and point to Maduro, Chavez's hand-picked replacement, as the source of all their ills. They maintain they are blameless and make no apologies.

But if Venezuelans want to right the wrong they've done to themselves and try to keep this from happening again, they can start by taking responsibility for their roll in their predicament. A lesson can be clearly drawn from all this.

The people wanted to rob from the rich and give to...well, themselves. They wanted something for nothing. They wanted what someone else had taken risks and worked to have that they did not.

They were trying to bring themselves up by bringing others down.

Now they have succeeded, in a way. They have achieved the ultimate in equality:

Everybody has nothing.

They should be celebrating their Socialist achievement for this has always been the result of "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs."

They got the government they deserved.

Fighting Leftist Totalitarians

It is said that to win a revolution, you must capture the hearts and minds of the people.

And for the Radical Left of this country I can only say that "I'm not feeling it".

And neither, I will speculate for a moment, is the majority of the American people.

The last two years in particular have been a constant battle to hold off the Leftist Mobs who seek to take through, political skulduggery, media propaganda, deep-state surveillance, investigations and leaks, paid mobs, violence and threats of future violence what they could not win at the ballot box.

You see, after all, whether anyone cares to admit it on the Left, they did not win at the ballot box. But despite they're steadfast insistence that we all should abide by the election result prior to the 2016 vote, this seems to be the last advice they have been willing to take afterwards.

So the "resistance" will build but it can only fall farther behind.

So you may ask, with the economy growing, employment dropping, new and better trade deals being negotiated, just what are these people resisting?

You and I.

And all the people who made the "wrong" choice in who should be leading the country.

How the Constitution Works

The founding fathers saw people like Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton coming. Real lasting changes are hard to come by through the legislative process. This is by design. The framers of the Constitution didn't want some totalitarian with a pen and a phone to ride in and force their way of thinking upon the entire nation. You've seen how Congress works, it's zany at best and the first time the first president of these United States, his Excellency himself, George Washington visited Congress as President, he was quoted as saying "I never want to go in there again.".

I'm paraphrasing but you can be sure, his Excellency expressed no desire to return to that bickering cacophonous place. Getting a law passed is tough! And Amendment even tougher. Getting Congress on the same page is like herding cats.

But the U.S. Constitution states that the President has to deal with Congress to get things done. A president can either learn to deal with Congress or attempt to get around it. Under the Law, however, any such circumventions will only be impermanent and easily undone by the next one to hold the office of President.

This is what Barak Obama has come to see. For all his slip-shod hooey, nose-in-the-air shucking and jiving, his intimidations, resolutions, deceptions, deceits and attempts at circumvention, the only thing that is left of his 8 years in office is the disappointment of his most ardent supporters; the black community and the financial disaster that is the Affordable Care Act.

And the people grew tired of his shit.

So they went out, voted and got somebody else.

And that somebody else, in less than 2 years, has turned things around and is floating everybody's boat. Not just the Liberal Elite's boats but YOUR boat and MY boat.

This is what the Left is fighting for. They want THEIR boat but don't want you to have YOUR boat.

Now is the best time in a long time to get out and make some money for yourself and the Left doesn't like it.

Where the Hell is G.W. Bush and Mitt Romney?

Brett Kavanagh was THEIR guy. Donald Trump, in a conciliatory move, put him up for the job. So where are these chicken shits now?

That's the problem with doing a thankless job. Nobody thanks you.

And do you think for one moment that G.W. Bush or Wishy Washy Romney would have stood by Judge Kavanagh like Donald Trump has done. That's how tough President Trump is.

Imagine Mitt Romney going through the last two years that President Trump has endured?

Ha ha ha. Can't.

The Ideological Battle

Seeing Barak Obama back out on the campaign trail after his brief sabbatical only serves to remind me of his failures, of his slick lies and of his burned into stone Marxist Ideology. His act has grown stale and his ideology has been exposed, again, for the failure of design Socialism has always displayed. It doesn't work, hasn't worked and won't work. There is no "balancing" it, there is no "incrementation" to it. You either have Socialism or you don't.

These are the people we are dealing with. They only seek to undermine and shout down opposition. Rather than reason with dissent, they work to suppress it. They talk down success and limit opportunity. They want control and independence is in direct conflict with control. If you are autonomous, they are powerless, therefore people must be dependent.

THEY will determine who is deserving of success. While in office, Mr. Obama tried to pick who will win and who will lose in the market place and he never picked right. Every group he had backed with taxpayer funds has folded. Gone. Phitt! And so is the money.

These are the people you want in power? They had their opportunity to lead and grow the nation but chose instead to apologize for it's successes and excesses and in almost a form of self-flagellation chose to put limits on our industries. They said America had a violent, even criminal and genocidal past. As if one could name a country that didn't and had chosen to ignore any contribution to the good of the world.

It's not like they actually want another crack at your good graces now. What they want is back into power regardless of how they get it. They don't care if you want them or not, here they come.

It's an effort doomed for failure.

But there will be pain.

Obama Flaunts His Pessimism

Former President Barak Obama truly cannot figure it out.

A man who never met an economy he could understand just cannot figure out how current President Donald Trump could turn around the U.S. economy so quickly.

He just has no idea. He is baffled by the whole thing. So much so, he is compelled to broadcast his incredulity across the globe in a speech meant to denigrate the sitting president but only served to bring into sharp contrast the glaring differences between the two men.

President Obama believes that only Government can grow an economy. That the only time the economy LOOKED to be growing was when his administration injected $ 832 Billion into the U.S. economy. This he did by sending U.S. Taxpayer money to the states in order to prop up their public sector workforce since, with all these people being out of work in the country, the tax revenues were falling and the states were looking to cut their public employee ranks.

So the government spent a lot of money. A lot of money they had to pull out of the pockets of the people who earned it first. In essence, it's robbing Peter to pay Paul and we would never know how far that $ 832 Billion dollars would have gone to stimulate the economy had it been left in the peoples pockets to spend as they see fit.

Then President Obama did not trust the American people with their money. He and only he could know how better to distribute these funds to GROW the economy.

And for a little while it did, of course, because the states spent that money and kept their public sector employed. They got paychecks and money was put into circulation. But it was just a band aid, a short term solution to a long range issue. And it eventually showed.

Once that money was spent, after the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2014 looked like things were taking off, the economy fell right back to below expectations and at one point, between the 3rd quarter of 2015 to the 1st quarter of 2017, tripped along at 1%, 0.4%, 1.5%, 2.3%, 1.9%, 1.8% and 1.8%.

And that is the Obama Ecomony we all remember, the one Mr. Obama thinks we do not.

That is because there was no return on that money put into the economy. When it was spent, it was gone and the economy got nothing back. There were no businesses that grew because of it and no additional wealth created by it. Money taken out of the economy and then put back into it isn't an Investment. There's no net gain. It's just a wash but for the many extra hands it passes through. The middleman, in this case The Government, takes it's cut too. Where is the growth in this process?

President Trump, on the other hand, put the money back into peoples pockets so they can go out and spend it. Not just because of the tax cut but also ending excessive regulations and other business taxes that restricted small business growth. People think that big corporations are the largest employers of American workers but it's really small business, companies that employ 100 people or less, who have always been the backbone of U.S. industry.

Under the Obama administration small businesses were just another stream of revenue and his administrations policies restricted them but under the Trump administration, these restrictions are being eased and they are coming back and coming back for everybody. All boats are being lifted in the new tide.

The man who once told union employees in the manufacturing sector that their jobs were NEVER coming back and that this was the NEW NORMAL can never understand what it takes to foster real growth.

This is why Mr. Obama is back out on the campaign trail. He's trying to buy a CLUE!

No Mr. Obama, you may think it takes a magic wand to do what President Trump has done but it doesn't. It takes an OPTIMIST. A person who believes that great achievements can be accomplished by a nation that he thinks is GREAT.

You aught to have tried it but you didn't believe it could happen.

Big difference.

Trump Gets His Point Across

Whether you feel Donald Trump “won” his debate with Hillary Clinton Monday night or not, the one sure thing that did happen was that Mr. Trump left no doubt as to what he believes should be done to provide jobs and to bring the United States economy back from the edge of the cliff.

Instead of focusing on what Trump SHOULD have said, since we know his points already by heart, we should focus on what he DID say because he said a lot.

Donald Trump was on a roll before Lester Holt deftly stepped in to get him off of the prone body of Hillary Clinton. Had he not knocked him off his line of thought and put him on the defensive, Trump would have continued to pound Hillary on the Obama Economy and her long failure of a roll in it.

Donald Trump, speaking more to the American people out in Television Land than the debate audience, outlined his plan to cut the corporate tax rate to stimulate business growth. He railed against the excessive regulation that is not only killing existing businesses but keeping new businesses from forming.

Trump hit his points on foreign trade, jobs leaving the country, inner cities crushed by no work and high crime, and the Obama Government’s responsibility for it. He also blasted that POLITICAL HACK Janet Yellin at the Federal Reserve and let the people know just how precarious a bubble the economy is perched upon. Trump also accused Yellin of playing politics with the economy after promising to raise interest rates and then differing doing so until after the election. Trump even got in the fact that we are in the worst “recovery” period since the first Great Depression. All this he said.

It was clear even before this debate that this was going to be an election of who has the right idea of getting the economy going. There has been little left to the imagination from both candidates.

Hillary has told us again and again that she plans to tax our way to prosperity. Her plan to raise taxes on the “rich” to pay for the “work” programs to get the economy going again. The Robin Hood approach is a well-worn Democratic boiler-plate idea that has never failed to fail.

Economies do not work that way, never have. When an activity like spending is discouraged, the linchpin of the economy dries up. It was clear during the debate that Hillary has NO IDEA how business actually works or how to bring the economy back. Donald Trump is correct to say that it’s about time we had a president who knows money. He said that too during this debate.

We can go off about Hillary’s email. We can go off about her lying about it to Congress. We can go off on her use of the Clinton Foundation as a license to print money and more of her nefarious missteps and oversights, the worst being Bengazi since Ambassador Stephens saw it coming and asked for help, was ignored by Hillary’s State Department and now he and three of our best are dead. There was so much to say and so little time. We were all trying to fill in the blanks.

I know there were many people leaning in their chairs hoping for Donald to land that clean punch when Hillary said she had poise and stamina because she was interrogated by Congress for three hours. We all wanted to say “And why was that, Hillary?” And I’m sure there was many a Trump supporter yelling at the Television urging him to say more about Hillary’s email server tech, Paul Combetta, pleading 5th Amendment protection in front of a Congressional hearing.  But what he said was enough and acknowledging that Hillary did have experience but it was all bad experience certainly got the message across.

Could he have said more about Hillary? Sure, but he only had an hour and a half.

Donald Trump said everything he needed to say. We all wish he could have said more but it wasn’t us up on that stage with the camera’s and millions of people watching. It wasn’t us in a room full of people just looking for one flaw to undermine years of hard work and the hopes of productive people across the nation.

There will be more time to get it all in.

Rubio Wins Iowa by Coming in Third

The “Anyone but Trump” campaign rolls on.

Marco Rubio was “the big winner” in the Iowa caucus. The former Florida Senator has not had much pop in his campaign since many Republican voters remember his willingness to reverse his campaign promise to oppose legalizing illegal immigrants by joining President Obama’s “Gang of Eight” who attempted to draft an “Immigration Reform” law.

This resonates with voters everywhere but also in Iowa because Rubio finished Third. Senator Ted Cruz beat both him and Trump in the voting. Both Cruz and Trump are against the legalization of illegal aliens.

But he now has “momentum” since he was supposed to…well, come in at least third behind Trump and Cruz and he did. But Rubio is surging. And Trump, well, Trump is “Humiliated” by being second. And Ted Cruz is already picking a new color for the Lincoln bedroom.

What will they say after the New Hampshire Primary in a week?

One strategy by the government press will be to announce that Trump didn’t win by “enough”. That he should have won bigger, that his anger is working against him.

And just what is Donald Trump angry about?

He is angry that American business is taxed at the highest rate in the world. It is hard to compete in global business with that kind of handicap.

He is angry about letting in Middle Eastern “migrants” who then practice Jihad on their American benefactors.

Donald Trump is angry that the government is nickel and diming the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by instead going after bullets and magazines attached to the guns.

He is angry that Social Security money is being used to support people who have not paid into the system; refugees and those diagnosed as mentally disabled. Social Security is supposed to be for the retirement of people who paid into it. Not to give "crazy checks" to people who don't deserve it or to support foreign peoples who shouldn't be here in the first place.

He is angry that we have a president that will not only not talk about radical Islam, he won’t even mention “Radical Islam” by name. How you going to have a dialog with a person who won’t even speak of it as it is? This is some strange form of denial.

He is angry that the biggest threat to the United States of America, according to our current president, is Global Warming. There isn’t ANYTHING higher on the list for Mr. Obama although we can all think of a few things higher on OUR lists.

So it is obvious by his second place finish in Iowa that Donald Trump is alone in his dissatisfaction and anger. After all, second apparently isn’t as good as third.

I don’t trust Marco Rubio. There is no evidence that he regrets his involvement with the Obama administration and their attempt to legalize millions of illegal immigrants while in the Senate. His willingness to deal and form a partnership with at reprehensible New York Senator Chuck Shumer was worrisome enough but as far as what he has said since then, I believe he is still for legalization.

This should piss off anyone who has played by the rules and became a U.S. Citizen the right way. That would go for Cuban Americans, Mexican Americans and other peoples from around the world. To put it another way, how would you feel if you paid off all your college loans and then someone came along and got a law passed that anyone who had college loans didn't have to pay them and that the slate was wiped clean. How would that make you feel, good?

And I find it offensive to say, since Mr. Rubio is of Cuban decent, that it takes a Cuban to acknowledge and understand the wants and desires of other Americans of Cuban decent. He would not be the Cuban president.

So no, I don’t view third place as a win.

As we now are getting reports that in Iowa, Rubio was now actually a tie for second etc, by the long knives of the government press and their enablers, the truth will just get murkier over the next seven days until the New Hampshire Primary.

Then we’ll see how the establishment explains that.

Nikki Haley and Barak Obama Agree: Get Trump!

“The enemy of my enemy is my friend” so says the establishment spokesperson for the Republican Party rebuttal to president Barak Obama’s all too predictable illusionary State of the Disunion address ritual.

Birds of the feather they are, united against the biggest threat to their hold on power in these United States. They march lockstep in their distain in and the belief that Donald Trump is a threat. To them!

Is this not proof positive that today's Republican Party is for the most part indistinguishable from today's Democratic Party? Are they not two sides of the same coin, together planning you future to the major benefit of themselves?
And where do you fit in with their schemes?

That’s right, you DON’T!
And Nikki Haley is their poster child. Her words, self-penned and approved by the GOP Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan and GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, underscore the fears of every working American taxpayer: The Republican establishment is not looking out for THEM.

If they were then why on God’s Green Earth would the Republican Party attack the Republican front runner in the upcoming 2016 presidential race?
It’s because the Demlicans and the Republocrats are on the same team, not your team.

It made me laugh out loud this afternoon when, as I was driving with the radio on, I heard some Rubio spokesperson state that it’s not Donald Trump but MARCO RUBIO who is the MOST FEARED candidate in the presidential race by the Democrats.
Oh REALLY?  Nobody must have realized that both the president and Ms. Haley were actually referring to Mr. Rubio when they made their thinly veiled attacks on the person they perceived as the biggest threat to the peace of the nation. Even the government press missed it.
Marco Rubio is the hand-picked successor by the establishment GOP to the failed Jeb Bush. They are both embarrassments to the American taxpayer and should be ashamed to stand there and claim that it is THEY that have the best interests of the people in mind. As if flooding the nation with uneducated Visigoths is in the nation's best interest.

To bring more clarity to the collaboration of our President and Ms. Haley on their shared interests, I must point out that it seems the big crushing concern of both right now is the anger of the American people!
Just what do Donald Trump and the people who will vote for him have to be angry about? Is it really just “Tribalism” as President Obama, who has apparently grown tired of just saying “Racism” and has found another word for it, has alleged?

Why should people be angry as the flood of undocumented, unvaccinated, uneducated, unwashed and uncaring human multitudes inundate our nation? This effluent of our inept and corrupt neighboring nations should be embraced! We should be giving them shelter and free healthcare and stop complaining about the crime, disease, competition for entry level jobs and the cost of their general welfare for this, as the president says, is NOT “Who We Are”! Your anger, we are repeatedly told, is just misplaced racism!
Of course if President Obama knew ANYTHING about who we are, he wouldn’t have done any of the crappy things he has done in the first place.

Like forcing people to buy a government run healthcare plan they didn't want and didn't need.
Or by over regulating small business to the point they can’t afford to stay in business thus killing jobs.

Or nationalizing the student loan program and creating over $1 Trillion dollars in debt for people under the age of 21 on top of their portion of the national debt that they will inherit.
Or taxing the American Middle Class to the point of robbery via taxation to merely “hand a fish” to the so called "Downtrodden" just to buy their vote which frankly does neither group any good and weakens the nation's economy overall.

And here we are.

The Republocrat and Demlican establishments have spent too much money, printed too much debt, broken too many laws, disincentivised work, started and sustained too many wars and have squashed too many who have tried to stop them.
Can the nation afford to keep going down this path?

Trump 2016!

Internet a Threat to Government Propaganda Machine

This is the reason the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been directed to restrict and regulate the Internet. The government must regain control of “The Message”.

Older folks will remember the before times. We got our information from the big three television outlets, The National Broadcasting Company (NBC), the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) and the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) and that was it. We had “trusted” people like Walter Cronkite giving us the news and setting the example of what a television newsman looked and sounded like. Solid, upstanding and sincere. Would Walter Cronkite lie to you? Hell no!

And growing up with Dan Rather and the 60 Minutes crew who went about busting scam artists and shady businesses with their on-the-spot camera crews and tough questions. They were the Good Guys.

And the scientists at the time, they were saying the world was…cooling. Yes, cooling. Millions of years in the future the Earth could be a ball of ice! And we worried about it.

We were told DDT was a bird killer and a threat to humanity and must be banned. We were told Vietnam was a justifiable enterprise and that the Great Society would end poverty in our nation. We were told the Russians, Cubans and Chinese were bad and that Democracy was good for all and we must export it to the world, that the hijackings by “Middle Easterners” in the 1970s were isolated incidents and nothing to worry about since they were just demonstrations by a frustrated populous of a culture and motivation we couldn't hope to understand and that the moon landing was an important step for the nation. We were told so many things. And they were all facts. Facts told by scientists, facts told by politicians and facts told by doctors. All people smarter than we were and who knew better. The government was our friend.

Enter the Internet

Then in 1989, something happened that would change all that. The Internet went online and over time more and more information became available to the regular working stiff. There became available new messages and charges to challenge the Government narrative. Other scientists, those previously frozen out of the scientific community because of their opinions and findings, now found a voice and a following for their research. Information, facts and yes, truths, filtered onto the Web challenging "The Message".

This is why today we now believe a guy like Edward Snowden more than a hi-lee educated NASA scientist about the collusion and outright rigging of the world climate charts. One has laid their very life on the line to bring the world this news and the other is a government propagandist, twisting the facts to fit the narrative and prostituting themselves for mere money. Who are you going to believe?

Everything is now suspect, debatable and every "fact" or source is now up for scrutiny. People even doubt the moon landing. I mean, ok, I wasn’t there, but it was on TV and… oh, Jeez, who knows? And if you look at the video right you’ll see the puffs of smoke coming out as Tower One collapses, see? Well, George Bush was behind that. And did you see the video how the origin story of Jesus Christ is the same a s Vishnu’s? In fact it’s the same as a couple of past “Gods”. Christianity is based on a lie!

And how about Grumpy Cat? There’s no political or scientific significance to that but damn that cat is weird looking, I can't help but laugh!

Stigmas have been almost totally erased. Marijuana is being legalized; people are using the power of the Marketplace to buy things they would have been too self-conscious about or viewed as insane in the past: Adult babys, Anime’ geeks, Weed enthusiasts, Tatoo’d ladies, Body modifiers and every counter culture that you can think of not only now have a website to visit but shoot videos of themselves and post them on line.

It’s all rather mainstream these days thanks to the Internet. Some might call this Freedom and it’s brought to you not by Government but by the invisible hand of the Free Market.

Then again, some people think this is a bad thing and most of those people work for the government or rather, the government MEDIA. No one can be truly shut out of a debate any longer and other opinions can find an outlet and people can accept them or reject them. But the important thing is that the have access to them.

This is bad news for “The Message”.

Today "The Message" is that the world is warming.  Scientists are predicting dire consequences if the nation or rather The Government, doesn't take corrective action. The War on Drugs is working. That GMO food is ok to eat. That allowing the nation to be flooded by millions of uneducated and unassimilated foreigners is a net gain for the country’s economy. That vaccinations won't hurt your kids. That energy from oil is bad and that air and solar is the power of the future. That Islam is a religion of peace. We are told that Americans have too much and that we must support those less fortunate by giving part of our earnings over to the government for them to administer to their needs.

But now this bullshit has opposition. The government propagandists put out a poll about how everybody agrees with “The Message” and the American people respond on line instantly to refute the words put in their mouths: “ObamaCare is shit! The endless wars we wage in the name of making peace are futile! The transfer of wealth from working people to the government is killing the American economy and the government is spending the United States into a future of poverty. Allowing illegal aliens into the country and putting them on public benefits is robbing our children’s future and literally putting American's health at risk.”

The truth is all out there now and now it must be crushed.

Enter the Iron Hand

So the Obama Regime, with its un-elected officials enforcing laws that they themselves have decreed, are poised to move against the businesses that run the major servers and networks that make the Internet run in the U.S. The FCC, a group appointed by the President, sees that it is time to step in to begin the process. They won’t take over all at once, no, they will apply pressure here and pass regulations there, all without Congressional vote or approval. They will just do it.

The government sees now that it must regain control of “The Message” so that their bullshit scientists will, hopefully one day, regain their believably. They hope to restore their Television propagandists feigned sincerity and teary-eyed portrayal of what they believe the truth will look like when spoken by a hair piece in a tailored suit while you struggle to put food on the table and keep a roof over your children’s heads.

They hope to restore the populist celebration that was the governments publicly funded mouthpiece, The Public Broadcasting Network (PBS) to its Socialist glory.

They want this back desperately.
But they will fail.

The U.S. Fear of a Successful Russian Olympics in Sochi

Can the U.S. Government's fear of a successful Russian Olympics be more obvious?
The U.S. media machine has declared that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has "staked his reputation" on a safe and successful Olympic games and then has proceeded to trash everything about it.

With every buerocratic knucklehead also throwing in their two-cents and talking down the Olympics in Sochi, Russia, the value of their words, not worth much to begin with, simply fall by the road to Perdition that they have guided us down. Everybody knows that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D - California) is a drug-addled idiot and that Senator Lindsey Graham (R - S. Carolina) is a war monger.

How dare a country other than the so called "Free World" put on a successful world display! We'll get back at Mr. Putin for making us look bad.

And this is why everybody in the government has been talking down these Winter Olympics. This is why the State Department, no strangers to criminal behavior, bullying, intimidation and corruption, has issued terrorist warnings about traveling to Sochi. They are delibrately trying to scare spectators away. This is the way we win friends and influence people. It's embarassing.

And it's not so much Putin making the Obama administration look bad, it's the Obama administration making themselves look bad. How dare Russia thwart our war making in the Middle East! Our "bombs first" diplomacy is wearing thin around the world and it's certainly tiresome here as well since our best and brightest are battling in a foreign land while the country is losing the war for it's borders, language and culture right here at home.

How is it that I can be more thankful of Vladimir Putin these days than I can of our President Barack Obama? I am thankful that Putin has given haven to Edward Snowden, a man of concience who would otherwise be persecuted for having the gall to reveal how the government, OUR government, has been spying on it's citizens in violation of the U.S. Constitution. Oh, don't worry, it's for your own protection, remember? But who will protect us from our government?

Can I be thankful that President Obama has chosen not to enforce certain laws and circumvented others? How trusting can I be of our gun running Justice Department? Can I be thankful that Mr. Obama and his Socialist minions have attempted to force Socialized medicine upon this nation and blown a huge hole in our economy? How about taxing away job opportunities for young workers and old and instead putting them on food stamps and the Dole? Can I rest easy knowing that the nation is $17 Trillion in debt, a sum that equals a full year of the country's GDP? How restful these next three years are going to be for me, my job and my bank account of which I am earning $ .15 in interest! And how "Putin-like" is it for the Obama administration to target opposition groups with IRS audits and holding up there legal right for tax exemptions while favoring more liberal groups? Where is the moral high ground? No where.

I am also thankful, in a way, that Putin has stepped into the path of the U.S. war juggernaut in the Middle East. We had no real cause to be anywhere but Afghanistan and even there we have been involved for way too long to do any good to anybody and should have gotten out long ago. Then there are the interventions in Libya and Syria. Enough said.
In short, Vladimir Putin is the least of OUR worries here in the U.S. these days. Let the Russian people deal with him if they don't like him. We have a bigger Marxist right here that's killing our businesses and opportunities in true unintended Bolshevik fashion. Nexy ot Obama Putin looks like Ronald Reagan.

And if anyone can't seem to recall, the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta had some big problems that we can compare to what we're being told is going on in Sochi: There was the overcrowded Olympic Village, the athletes complaining about the quality of the food, the massive transportation fiasco with it's traffic jams, late buses and epic snarl, the stupid opening ceremonies with it's 500 cheerleaders and 30 pickup trucks was a low-light along with the over-the-top crass commercialism of the games themselves that had the world shaking it's collective head AND THEN a bomb went off in Centennial Olympic park killing 2, wounding 111 and leading to libelous accusations that the only security person who gave a shit, the late Richard Jewell, planted the bomb himself in order to be a hero.

But in spite of everything, these games in Sochi are a BIG DEAL to the Russian people and it's too bad the U.S. has missed yet another opportunity to lead in the world.

But it's not just about winning is it? Others must fail.

One Nation, Two Destinies

Come November of this year, the nation will have the chance to determine it’s foreseeable future.

Who among us truly believes the United States will be better off with Barack Obama as president for a second term? Take a moment to reach beyond his Marxist ideology and the people who think they have something to gain from a second term of an Obama regime, who actually truly thinks things will a.) be any different or b.) get better?

That’s right, nobody does. Not even the people who will vote for Obama for a second term actually think things will improve. They will only vote for Mr. Obama because they are hoping they will somehow be protected and who believe they can escape the losses others in this nation will feel and are feeling now. A vote for Barack Obama this November is a wish, a hope and a dream that they somehow can stay on the big government gravy-train because that is what a vote for Obama would be. A vote for Obama means you are going all in on the vast bet that the country will hold together economically until you can get a nest-egg of some sort and somehow protect your family as a political elite in a long-term government bureaucracy ah al North Korea or Post Soviet Russia.

The music has stopped for us as a nation and we are all out of chairs. We are broke with a capital “L” and are witnessing something along the lines of what our grandparents saw during what will henceforth be called “The First Great Depression”. Will this one be as epic? Will it be of biblical proportions? Perhaps, but the real given is that it is going to happen and we should be prepared for it if we are able.
The variable in this equation is who will be able to make the changes to get us out of this inevitable mess we will find ourselves in. One direction would be to free the markets, undo the excessive tax burden, draw our resources back home and to free business of their regulatory bonds to allow people to keep what they earn and build a career of achievement and self reliance so that businesses and Americans themselves can prosper. The other is to continue to have an overbearing and wasteful state bureaucracy, double down on “stimulus” spending, continue to have government take care of people while funding the “safety net” and to continue to take money off the top of business to feed the ever growing welfare state. One is a system of investment, risk and possible return the other is a system of tried and true failure.

Today we have a nation that half is dependent on what government provides: Food stamps, Medicaid, Medicare, WIC, Section 8 housing subsidies, School lunch programs, Free cell phones, free computers, free tuition, SSI, Government Subsidized Drugs and now a mandatory National Health Plan. It has been reported that almost half of this nation does not pay any tax toward these big government programs. That leaves the overhead to the rest of the working class. Clearly this cannot go on one way or another. We have a choice this November: Up or Down.

This is the choice that we as a nation have now been given. There is the known and the unknown. We don’t know if a new president and new members of congress will do the things it will take to put our nation on the path to recovery but we do know that the present president and his followers in congress have no intention of straying from the present course of control, mandate and spend money we as a nation have yet to earn and our children have yet to even contemplate.
What we are witnessing once again is a failure of the Socialist system, a system that has failed every time that it has been applied and history is littered with it’s adherents: The Soviet Union, Chavez' Venezuela, Spain, Greece and the state of California. No nation can carry an ever increasing population of takers. The slow creep of expanding government has attached itself to every resource in this nation and we are now groaning under its weight. In this situation we cannot stand and our economy, if not our nation, will pay the price.
So in the not so distant future will we get a chance to witness history at a cross roads. Every citizen in this nation living come November will have a part in determining where the United States goes from here at least in our lifetimes and the next generation.
What an opportunity this is.

Newt Gingrich is Right on Israel

I find it unimaginable what an Israeli citizen living in Israel must go through on a daily basis living under the circumstances that they do.

Now I know not all of Israel is hit by rockets (yet) but rockets fly every day into parts of their country. They have people trying blow up buses full of people and people with guns trying to get into the country just so they can shoot at them.

They are surrounded by people whose only wish is for them to march into the sea and drown. The Israelis face a culture that for generations have made nothing but bombs, tunnels and children driven by the hatred of Israel. We see no “Made in Palestine” clothing labels, no toys, paper flowers, nothing of export. They don’t’ even make pocket combs.

But they seem to have the time and money for rockets, bombs and for the digging of tunnels all for the purpose of attacking Israel. These are generations of people wasted in the single minded pursuit of the destruction of a single people, Israel. And after decades of this they never seem to tire of it or waver in their conviction. No action is too bold, no amount of rhetoric is too demeaning.

How can one live under such pressure? People are adaptable creatures to be sure but one can only imagine the rationalization that must go on to make daily life seem normal there.

So when Newt Gingrich comes out and finally says what everybody already knows but won’t say, people are shocked. They don’t seem to be shocked about what is actually going on in Israel so much as they are outraged that someone has actually pointed it out. Shoot the messenger. Again.

But that’s what politics and diplomacy has become for America in the 21st Century. Avoid, don’t take a stand, indict the victim and let the attacker go. It’s because, you see, they are merely misunderstood. They are less “fortunate” than we are here in the land o’ plenty and we should take pity. Never mind we as a nation are being overrun by the modern equivalent of the Goths. Never mind that this hatred has spilled over into the United States and continues to grow.

Newt is right when he says it’s time to stand up and see things for what they are. The situation is intolerable and there should be repercussions. You shouldn't hit somebody and expect not to be hit back.

It’s time to hit back politically and openly call the Arabs on their support of their long standing Palestinian Army. It’s time to hit back at the Palestinian Authorities  and say that until they come out publicly that Israel has a right to exist, there will be no more money from the United States or her allies and that they can forget about any negotiations since any negotiation must START with the recognition of the State of Israel.

Without that, the Palestinian people can just rot where they are, wasting their lives, for eternity.

The Iraq Withdrawal: The Right Thing for the Wrong Reason

Just short of nine years, our involvement in Iraq this time, lasted longer than WWII, The Civil War and our American Revolution. Billions of dollars were spent, thousands of US lives were lost and the goals of the conflict and it’s eventual outcome remain unclear. So it has been announced that the US is leaving Iraq.

And the American War Machine is Pissed!

With the loss of Iraq, there is less justification for new armaments and facilities, less catered War Rooms, less opportunity for advancement and less travel. No more junkets paid for by Raytheon, Boeing and Lockheed. The budget is sure to get cut. We'll lose all the chics who dig a man in uniform! What’s a war monger to do?

War has always been a growth industry in America. Since before I was born, we went from Korea to the Vietnam “Conflict” (to 1975), supporting the Contras in Nicaragua from 1977 to 1984, Invasions of Grenada (1983) Panama (1989) the first Persian Gulf War (1990-91), Haiti (1994-95) Kosovo (1999), etc. And through most of this the Cold War was running until 1991 and now with the War on Terror (2001-?) which involves our even longer stay in Afghanistan. Then there is our incredibly wasteful War on Drugs (1984 to Infinity). I know I'm leaving things out but I've only allowed myself one paragraph for war chronicles so to just paraphrase:

Guns, guns, guns!

But now, for the first time in a long time, one of our true growth industries has to cut back. Oh, the Sean Hannity of it!

And it wasn’t even because we really wanted to. No, no, this was not our government's first choice.

President Obama, for all his initial inexperience in “foreign relations” has really embraced his roll as Commander in Chief. So much so he has totally set aside his avowed campaign pledge of bringing our men and women home after he was elected and in fact started a few more fights for good measure. But the president was unable to secure a guarantee from the Iraqi Parliament that our troops would continue to be protected from prosecution for war crimes in the international courts. This and only this has served as the impetus for the United States to finally withdraw our troops from the country. Can you believe it?

As a Libertarian, I have always been disappointed that so called Conservatives have a propensity to back military initiatives and odd constitutional amendments like the silly “Anti-flag Burning Amendment” but it’s the Progressives in government that really tend to expand on that mentality with a sort of “ I didn’t start it but I’ll finish it” military fervor. For me, it just reinforces my belief that Republicans and Democrats are just part of the same government syndicate. I haven’t seen much difference between that war monger, free spender GW Bush and that war monger, free spender Barack Obama other than one ran a baseball team for awhile and the other has never held a real job.

The remarkable thing is that none of this almost constant warfare has served to make this nation a safer place to live. Our “foreign entanglements” have put us more and more in harm’s way and have not only drained our resources but has fostered animosity to the point that our malls, city centers and schools have become the soft targets of a growing discontent with our ever expanding interventions. One can blame Hollywood for it’s exportation of cinematic depravity but having Syrian troops shoot cans of CS gas with the “Made in Jamestown, PA USA” label on them into houses with women and children living there sends a different message. It says “We sold the people who want to kill you this poison.” Enough said.

So at any rate, we can cheer that our troops are coming home or rather we can rejoice because we get to see them again before they are reassigned to some other altercation we’re cooking up.

I here Uganda is the next “Boom Town”.

Obama Completes Overthrow of North African Fiefdom

For whatever the motivation for ignoring the war powers act and by bypassing the US Congress, the United States autocracy has overthrown a smaller autocrat in Muammar Ghadafi, a man who died as cruelly as people who live like him are meant to.

But this conflict was not about him or his demise. It was about the erosion of the US Constitutional government and the rise of a US imperial dictatorship.

During the Korean and Vietnam conflicts, the American people grew weary of years of intense warfare without the declaration of war. The US Congress, fearing an erosion of power, passed the War Powers Act in 1973 that compelled the Presidency to notify Congress within 24 hours of ordering troops to repel attacks against the United States and limiting their activation to 60 days with an additional 30 days for withdrawal. The War Powers Act went into law over President Richard Nixon’s veto.

And nowhere in this law can I see the term “boots on the ground” that President Obama has invoked when choosing to ignore Congress when it called on the Obama regime to comply with the law. Never mind that the United States was in no imminent danger which is outlined in the law but that’s what the cover of NATO is for. NATO is the mask the United States wears when it goes out into the world to strike a foreign foe or for a foreign friend.

But such flouting of the War Powers Act is not without precedent. President Clinton also ignored the deadline when he chose to distract from his troubles here at home by intervention in the Kosovo conflict, bringing victory to the Muslim insurgency there. Kosovo is still destabilized decades later.

And here we have Libya. With their revolt complete, they can now ease into a life of peace and tranquility. Nobody believes this will happen. The Libyan people will now usher in a new Cuban Heal to be ground under. Yes, another moderate Muslim country dethroned to welcome in a new hard line caliphate. Way to go!

But the world is put on notice. The United States will pick and choose who shall stay and who shall go. Our Presidents can now assassinate a head of state of a sovereign nation at their choosing. President Bush did it, Obama has followed suite and who will stop us? Not the US Congress and certainly not the European Union because they’re in on it too. Germany, France and England are best positioned to take advantage of restoring the Libyan oil industry, bless their charitable hearts.

The irony of the Nobel Peace prize winning president ordering and then openly celebrating the deaths of Osama Bin Laden and Muammar Ghadafi while overseeing two sustained wars while starting two more should be enough to make those thousands of Bush era anti-war Demonstrators march on Washington, right?

The silence is deafening. Where is Cindy Sheehan now? How about Jesse Jackson? Sean Penn? Maxine Waters? Jane Fonda? Tim Robbins? Susan Sarandon? How about blue-collar millionaire Bruce Springsteen? They were all prominent anti-war protesters marching on Washington just 4 short years ago. “Bring them home!” they chanted and held Cindy Sheehan, a woman who’s son was killed in Iraq, up as an example of a mother’s sorrow. But GW was a Republican war monger. Now we have a Democrat war monger, big difference. A bigger bunch of hypocrites has never existed. How can these people of “principle” even look themselves in the mirror.

Three years after the election, the wars rage on and have even expanded. And all we can do as US citizens is PAY for it. We pay with our labor and we pay with our children. We have no voice in our government and the rule of law in this country has broken down to invite certain chaos. Or a takeover.

Dictatorship: A ruler who is unconstrained by law. A ruler with Imperious or overbearing power.

So for all those people who are celebrating the death of another dictator, for the United States, the shoe now fits and if you think those guys were bad…

Maintaining the Government House of Cards Through Occupation

As one such future oppressor has stated; “We are trying to limit the power and privilege of the wealthy”.

If only they had used the word “Government” instead of “Wealthy”.  But this is a good example of the difference between the Tea Party and the Occupiers.

But there are other differences. Many not so well defined on the Leftist Occupiers but very much defined on the Conservative/Libertarian Tea Party side.

o       The Tea Party is made up of working people who save to send their kids to college. The Occupiers want you to pay for their college too.

o       The Tea Party wants to win change through the ballot box. The Occupiers want to win change through, well, occupation or in other words: intimidation. One does not "occupy" for democracy.

o       The Tea Party are working and waiting for the next election. The Occupiers are working so there won’t BE a next election.

The Occupiers believe it’s time for a “re-thinking” of the way we as a nation govern ourselves” and with the addition and full fledged support they are getting from public labor unions, public school teachers, Leftist politicians, openly Marxist groups, mainstream TV news, social advocates and other propagandists, we the working people who actually pay taxes into this house of cards we call a government are beginning to see just what that re-thinking will entail.

All this piling on is really all just for one reason; to sustain government.

According to the latest US Treasury report, government spending has actually increased in 2011 over what it spent in 2010. Federal government spending has increased 5% over last year and local state government spending is up 10% from this time last year. But this spending was largely fueled by the last Stimulus Package, which was $830 Billion if anybody was keeping track, and that money has just about run out.

Enter the Millionaires. The government needs money since they refuse to cut a dime out of the Federal budget. Republocrats and Demlicans have accomplished nothing since the 2008 elections to change the government’s spending habits. We were all looking for a change but no changes seem to be made. So going after millionaires will serve two objectives: The government vacuum needs cash from anywhere it can get it and it gives the government and it’s minions a group to vilify along with bankers and The Jews.

Is anyone alive yet aware that the Stimulus packages were never intended to create jobs? These measures were passed to sustain government at its present level. No roads were ever meant to be built, no bridges were ever meant to be repaired. There were a bunch of signs printed up about how your tax money was being spent but it was all a lie.

And here we have president Obama back for more and this time with a street mob.

The mob is there for when we run out of millionaires.

The federal and state governments are running out of places to get cash. Their collectivist tax policies and share the wealth give-a-ways have already destroyed 7 million jobs over the last 4 years in the United States. That reduction in tax revenue must be made up from somewhere and that somewhere is you and I. We are the ultimate target.

Ever since the Great Society of Lyndon Johnson we have had government attempt to mediate the outcome for an entire nation. By social engineering and a theory of bringing people up by bringing others down has fostered an ever growing segment of society that literally gets something for nothing, receiving their sustenance from the silk gloved hand of government. But that money came from other working people, working people that still had bills to pay and needs to provide for. Fast forward to now and we see what such policies have wrought upon us. This is what just giving people a fish can do. A fish somebody else worked hard to earn.

As the Occupier mobs grows larger, more belligerent and more unruly, they will attempt, encouraged by a faltering Marxist presidential regime and its media cohorts, to pull something violent and destructive. It’s only success will be measured by the size of the chaos it provokes as though to say to the world; “If we can’t have it, you can’t have it either”.

That’s the problem with creating a dependent class of people, they expect too much.

Obama's Whitehouse Invents Big Lie to Protect Eric Holder

It looks like the United States would rather start yet another war, this time with Iran, than tell Attorney General Eric Holder to resign.

In the ultimate and absurd "Wag the Dog" scenario, the US Government has pulled an assassination attempt out of thin air to divert attention away from a man who is clearly the most incompetent AG since Jimmy Carter appointed that myopic, unapologetic mass-murderer, Janet Reno.

Time will tell if the Saudis will play along with this "outrage".

The shredding machines must be going 24/7 at the Justice Department right now since the chairman of the House Oversight and Gov’t Reform Committee, Darrell Issa, has issued a subpoena of records relating to Justice’s “Fast and Furious” operation. An operation so politically motivated and misguided as to rival any debauchery the US government has ever cooked up. And that’s saying something.

The list of accusations and public indictments against Mr. Holder started immediately after his appointment by President Obama and he has gone downhill ever since. Here’s the quick list:

o       Decides to close the military prison at Guantanamo Bay by January 2011…just because.

o       Reopened criminal investigations into CIA interrogations under the Bush administration not only wasting two years and a boat-load of money but getting no prosecution victories in his obviously politically motivated pursuit.

o       Wanted to try foreign terrorists in criminal courts instead of military councils and in New York of all places.

o       Not only drops racially motivated voter intimidation charges against the New Black Panthers Party against all recommendations but in an interview regarding how race had affected the Department of Justice’s decision making, Eric Holder denies this accusation with a diatribe that race wasn’t a factor when deciding to prosecute “my people”.

Let’s just pretend for a moment that instead of the Black Panthers it was the Tea Party standing in the same spot just outside the polling station handing out leaflets. The Justice Dept would have been up their arses in less than a minute and it would have made all the news outlets 5 seconds after that. They'd all be doing the mandatory 5 years for voter intimidation.

But the AG has graduated from his gross negligence, his go-it-alone style of management and his failure to even investigate a situation even a little bit before rendering a decision.  Now Mr. Holder has elevated himself to accessory to murder, illegal gun running, aiding and abetting an organized criminal enterprise, lying about it to a Congressional Investigating Committee and getting caught, telling the committee that he had only recently heard about the F & F operation and then having a 9 month old memo surface proving he knew about it well before then. He can't even lie right.

As much as the Iranians deserve it, I think even they would rather earn a beating than to be accused of a bogus assassination plot. And for what? To protect a liability of a man who clearly should be put in jail never mind lose his job. The blood of many innocent people now stains Mr. Holder's hands.

If this was China, they’d probably just throw him out of the window of his office just to avoid further embarrassment. Remember that Chinese executive behind the Melamine milk poisoning incident there? According to the public statement, he had an "accident".

Lets hope Justice finds Mr. Holder and soon.

The ObamaCare Pyramid Scheme

The “Individual Mandate” is the cornerstone of Obama’s national healthcare program. It is the key element to have the full weight of the Federal government behind the enforcement of mandating participation of every man, woman and child in America in this “Healthcare” program.

The purpose of this is, of course, to keep this new pyramid from tipping over too quickly, much like the older Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare scams before it, by insuring a steady flow of cash from everybody into the program even though some will pay more and others will pay not at all.

Taxpayers must be compelled to pay into the system so that the government can continue to give away healthcare for “free” to their core constituency groups, mainly illegal aliens and their support groups, sympathetic businesses like MacDonald’s Corp, GE, General Motors, the Catholic Church and the Public Unions in every state in the nation. Given that only about 50% of the American population even manages to pay taxes anymore, participation by people who do pay taxes is a necessity. Not for it to work in the long run, because really there is no long run, but for the plan to work right now because once it gets going, people will grow to expect it and it can always be "fixed" down the road, right?

So to make Socialized Medicine work, people must be forced into the program, and private insurers out of it. There must be plenty of bricks to kick under the pyramid in the event it starts to hemorrhage red ink. And it will take a lot of money. In truth it will take more money than the world currently has to keep this boondoggle afloat for even a couple of years of full operation never mind into perpetuity. There will be shortages of everything from cancer medicines to doctors. Finding a doctor will become a big issue and the prices of  pharmaceuticals will climb.

And this administration makes no bones about how the Affordable Care Act is based solely upon a Pyramid Scheme of epic proportions. Every Commie associated with this deal, from Kathleen Sebelius to Charles Schumer has said that the plan will work "if" many able bodied young people sign onto the plan. That's a pretty big IF considering that under ObamaCare, todays 20-somethings don't even have to participate since they can stay on their parents healthcare plans until they're 26 years old. How's that for farsightedness?

But also this young demographic is most likely the largest group of underemployed and unemployed people that reside in this nation. Many are carrying crippling college loan debt that they won't pay off for over a decade and so how are they going to pay the premiums when they turn 26? Perhaps the Federal Government will then enact yet another loan program so that they can borrow money at low interest from the government to pay for their health plan that, since they are young and healthy, they won't likely be using so that they can pay for other people to use the plan. This is a bad deal for America's young people no matter how you look at it. For them it's a robbery.

Usually bad policy takes decades to start to smell bad. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are prime examples. They started small and unobtrusive but they slowly grew over decades to be the national budget busters they are today. But its the newer bad policies coming out of Washington that just stink right away like GW Bush's “No Child Left Behind” and the “Drug Benefit Plan” tacked onto Medicare which were labeled failures the day they were passed into law.

And on the local level the predecessor to Obama’s health plan, an entity that is referred to as “RomneyCare”, started in the red and has been running deficits ever since. Contemplate this for a moment: The MassHealth plan started losing money right from DAY 1 and has gone downhill ever since. It has only been held up by Obama's friend, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick with funds from somewhere else in the state's general tax fund. They're not about to release that information.

But the National Healthcare Plan, slap-dashed together by a Leftist Congressional majority and even then only barely rammed through over every reasoned objection has reached the pinnacle of bad policy and bad precedent. It will stand as the biggest increase in taxes that the American public will have ever seen and the final straw.

The ACA is yet another Federal plan that the American people are forced by the stern blade of an overlord government to pay for even if they never receive a dime from it. I was going to say that never before in the history of the United States of America has there ever been a product or plan that made it mandatory that a citizen to participate in but I’d be lying. Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare are all plans that a majority of citizens are pushed into participation and have to pay for. With the exception of public employees that is. Public employees are exempt from being forced to pay for Social Security and Medicaid taxes.

So ObamaCare is not so much a health plan as it is a DRAFT. We are all now Conscripts in Obama’s war against private markets. We are now destined to be Cannon Fodder, thrown to the front and compelled to go over the top in Obama's Communist power grab and the struggle to keep what we as individuals have worked for our whole lives. We have been impressed into this monumental economic error and will be sacrificed on its altar of failure.

And it will fail. The takers will always outnumber the payers.

So is it Constitutional?  Never mind that there is no Constitutional mandate that the Federal Government should even get involved in providing healthcare to individuals. All federal duties not specifically outlined in The Constitution are left to the States, so to mandate state participation in a Federal plan not therein outlined, and that includes Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare, would be unconstitutional out of hand.

But it makes no difference if the Supreme Judicial Court lets the Individual Mandate stand or not since ObamaCare is already inflicting its economic damage on our lives.

It would be great if the SJC would strike down not only the IM but ObamaCare in its entirety but it’s a Dead Plan walking regardless. The only difference would be the level of pain it would cause if allowed to go forward.

And it doesn't stop here. The next step is the so called "Single Payer" plan where the GOVERNMENT is the sole provider of health care in the country. Look at how well the Veteran's Administration has handled the Single Payer system with America's veterans.

Don't get sick.

Payback is Obama...

The term I first heard for what is taking place in American society today is “Comupins” or rather “Comeuppance”. To shorten the definition by a lot, it means “Payback”. And that’s just what is happening to the working taxpayers of this country or in another view, the “Privileged”.

It’s hard to imagine working class Middle America as oppressors but apparently that is how they’re viewed by people on what I call “The Take”. Just like the big boss at work who has the nerve to sign your paycheck, how dare we strive for better when all they’re getting is subsidized housing, health care, food and, now we know, social security and drivers licenses from the government. It hurts their self esteem.

When you grow up subsidized, you grow up thinking you can’t make it any other way. You have to have your government stipend, your government tuition money, your government union, you’re Affirmative Action because as soon as you can understand what’s being said you’re told you have to have these subsidies because others are keeping you down. The more subliminal message is: You can’t compete or not fairly at any rate because you are different because of the color of your skin.

So you have to fight for what you get…from others. And you hate them for it. And you want to get even.

And the champion of the people on The Take is Barak Obama, a man who grew up subsidized and who is not just a Marxist but a home grown race warrior. But he’s not fighting for a race of people but against a race of people: This is the “Cumupins” I was referring to. And he won't be accomplishing his goals by bringing his people up but by bringing the other people down.

The target of this derision by the government subsidized peoples in this country, the "others", is none other than the people of European decent who have formed the base of success in this country since the very beginning. Seriously though it's not just them since it takes more than one group of people to make a country run, but successful people of all colors who took risks and worked hard to make a better life for themselves and their families despite the interventions and pitfalls.

And just like the fact that it wasn’t only white Americans that were murdered in heart-rending fashion on 9/11, neither will it only be white Americans hurt by the economic destruction that is being forced upon this country. Just as a good economy floats all boats, so will the bad crush the people on the bottom first.

Even Nicolai Lenin, once he realized his Marxist policies were killing Russia’s economy and causing businesses and people to suffer, tried to reverse some of them to ease the damages. That’s when he got shot.

But there’s no quit to Obama. His message has been unwavering and clear to all who will listen and he will never run the risk of suffering Lenin’s fate, he’s all in on it regardless of the havoc it will bring. That part does not trifle him.

This leads me to mention the African country of Zimbabwe. President Robert Mugabe has lead a race war against the countries minority white farmers which has resulted in white farmers being killed or chased off their lands and having their farms confiscated by organized violent mobs. This resulted in Zimbabwe, once the strongest economy in all of Africa, to plummet to being the worst with widespread shortages, inflation and disease. A country once thriving was reduced to its inhabitants drinking out of mud puddles.

Apparently nobody else could run a farm.
