Failed Ex-President Attacks President Trump

The man who's imperial executive orders, regal sidestepping of the U.S. Congress and socialist mandates are the reasons that Donald Trump is now President of the United States has now come back to embarrass himself further by being the first former president to come out and criticize a sitting one.

And it is great, great news that it is former president Barack Obama to be the first!

His adherence to his Marxist agenda was unquestioned, his determination to destroy long standing American institutions self evident and his pursuit in undermining the social fabric that had become known as the American Dream, a given.

Now Mr. Obama's total lack of class has shoved all that aside.

And he doesn't even remember his presidency right!

The delusional former president thinks that THIS economy is HIS economy! Mr. Obama now recalls that his 8 years of  regulations, taxations and economic burdens were contributing to a "building" economic upturn.

Haha, how absurd a recollection.

The only industry that showed a strong increase during the Obama administration was domestic gun manufacturing which rose 192%.

So then President Trump is elected, comes in and does the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Mr. Obama was doing and BLAMO! The economy takes off!

Growth we haven't seen for YEARS. In particular, the Obama Years!

They sucked.

Even the black community expressed disappointment in Mr. Obama's presidency in it's waining days. They saw no improvement in youth unemployment and it actually got worse. They saw no improvement in black on black crime. That also got worse. They saw the Hispanic population displace the black community as the second largest minority community in the U.S.

You get what you vote for.

Imagine if the Leftist Media got its way and Hillary Clinton was in office. You think your job would have survived 12 years of Marxism? Bad enough we had 8 years of this crap.

But thats what this is all about isn't it? You did not vote for the person THEY selected for you. This whole Leftist Media attack, attack, attack, day after day with new "revelations" and insider "stories" invented out of whole clothe. There is no Resistance insider in the Trump administration. The whole thing is an invention based on the premise that it's harder to find something that does not exist. Try it sometime.

Now the only major thing left to undo is ObamaCare that is continuing to drain resources from small businesses across the nation. While president, Obama did his best to destroy small business and his crowning achievement to this end was the Affordable Care Act. This January the projected increase in premiums will be 10%.

Can you imagine?

But former president Barack Obama did not mention this upcoming 10% increase in his anti-Trump speech.

He also didn't mention his attempt to undermine the 2nd Amendment with his "Gun Walking" scheme or his attempt to open the boarders and stymie immigration enforcement turning our boarder with Mexico into a lawless zone. Mr. Obama also left out how he used the IRS to suppress his political opponents. That's just a tip of the iceberg that was the Obama Presidency.

If this was a regular person rather than a born and raised a brazen Marxist, he would be embarrassed by the fact that someone else did what he cared not to do at all.

Now Mr. Obama just looks stupid and seeing him on stage with his trusty teleprompter again only reminds me of all the failures he championed, from the failed Solyndra solar power company that was subsidized at taxpayer expense to the tune of $25 Million or his interference in Israel's election for prime minister. Don't get me started.

How foolish to stand up and criticize someone who he is not, a Successful President. And it's only been two years!

It only took two years to turn around the economy that the former president never got off the ground.

Of course, Obama wasn't actually trying.

See you on the campaign trail Mr. Obama.

ObamaCare Has To Go…Now!

The U.S. economy is never going to get better until the Affordable Care Act is repealed in total.

What do we replace it with?

Replace it with nothing.

The less that government is involved with healthcare, the better.  Just look at what a wonderful job the government has done since it got involved in the American school system.

Scrap ObamaCare. The longer it is allowed to linger the worse off everyone will be.

The Affordable Care Act is the single biggest economic blunder that has blown a hole in our often touted but yet unverified “Economic Recovery” of the last EIGHT YEARS! That is not economic recovery that is stagnation. For eight years, despite the forged jobs numbers, the glad-talk and the media propaganda, we have had miserable growth. People are working two part-time jobs, contract jobs or not working and flat small business growth all because the cost of insuring people in the workforce has grown so high that companies have balked at hiring. ObamaCare has made people too expensive and as a result fueled the growth of automation.

It also shows in the actions of large U.S. employers who can just get workers from India under H-1B visas and pay them minimum wage. Or use Indian and Mexican companies as outsourced call centers and pay them even less than that.

And of course, they don’t have to pay for their healthcare.

In 2012 my co-pay, the payment I made to see my regular doctor, was $15.00 a visit. I could see, say, a cardiologist for the same payment.  My deductible, the yearly out-of-pocket medical expenses I was responsible to pay before the insurance company started covering was $500.00 for the year.

As of 2016 my co-pay is $25.00 for my regular doctor, $45.00 for the Cardiologist who is now a “Specialist” and my deductible is now $1500.00 out-of-pocket.

My employer will pay 582.71 per month for this year’s coverage or $6,992.52 in total.

This is for a single person. The family plan is double this expense.

That's a lot of money.

This is what has happened in 5 years under ObamaCare. What will the next five years bring?

Chaos.

It is a downward spiral of less money, less resources, more work for those employed and no future for those who aren’t. Less money to spend to keep the economy going because it’s all getting sucked up into these Free Lunch medical services for “The Poor”.

There is no fixing this plan. It must be scrapped and the sooner the better for all involved. It will not get better, it can only get worse and all the protesting in the world isn’t going to change the reality of the fact that there just isn’t enough money in the world to make Socialized Medicine work. It never has. It’s failing every place it’s been tried. Canada? Failing. Britain? Failing. Cuba? Ha, you’re kidding me, right?

Things weren’t perfect before Obama injected yet more government involvement in the medical industry so government should not add anything more.

Market forces will return with freedom of choice. Let people buy their healthcare from outside sources and across state lines. Let people only pay for the services they need instead of forcing them to carry useless services they won’t be using and make sure the people who are paying nothing, pay SOMETHING. Otherwise they won’t respect the system.

Health Insurance should be something I can carry with me instead of with my employer. This kind of market mobility will allow more people to be in business for themselves.

But the cheapest way for people to afford their healthcare is for government to get out of the healthcare business. Government only adds bureaucratic overhead and runs deficits. Neither of these forces is conducive to affordable ANYTHING.

The GOP has to grow a backbone and perform some tough-love for the victims of the New Slave Culture, the culture that craves their government give-a-ways and will fight in the streets to keep them.

Like it’s their right to destroy the economy.

Sebelius Resigns in Disgrace

And what else can we say about this Sociocrat? She is a reprehensible person carrying out a reprehensible act for her power grapping reprehensible bosses. And she choked on it. Call it fate or karma but not only did Kathleen Sebelius not know what she was doing, she didn’t care. If she cared one whit about the public trust or the American people, she wouldn’t have gotten involved with the Obama administration in the first place.  Only a power hungry sycophant would have stood up before Congress and the American people trying to convice us that dog food was filet mignon. And she did it with unflinching fealty even though in her heart of hearts she knew it was all a Dog and Pony show for the rubes.
Everything the Obama Regime has implemented has crashed and burned. The economy, the green industry subsidies, the Orwellian named Affordable Care Act, the half-assed foreign policy, just everything!

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is the poster girl of failure. Since nothing is going to happen to her anyway since she will walk away with millions of dollars of taxpayer money, she should still be pilloried in the public eye for her lack of understanding, her profound rigidity, her unquestioning loyalty to her seditious political party and president, her lack of communication and social skills and now, finally, her lack of grace. She must have been weaned on a pickle.
But when one failed bureaucrat falls, another ambitious socialist loyalist will take their place. There are others anxiously waiting in the wings just chaffing to step up and really show the boss how to put the screws to the stupid people, the doubters, the resistant.

But it’s really all for naught. There isn’t enough money to keep the ACA afloat no matter who they rob or which funds they secretly divert. Just as its model, Massachusetts “RomneyCare” system has never been in the black and has been secretly sucking funds out of the general and highway and infrastructure funds ever since, the ACA will just be a cancer on the American economy like it has been these last four of years. Nothing will be improved, no one will be saved.
There will need to be a police state to get these social systems to run. There will need to be wealth confiscation to keep the wheels of oppression humming. There will need to be subjugation of the masses to force compliance if only for the short term since ultimately there will be no saving these programs or the economy that it will have sucked the life out of.

And the worst thing about it is that these people pushing for it, the slaves who have learned to love their slavery, won’t understand why they failed. They will have no clue. There will be no introspection, no self-analysis, no reflection on their actions. They will just merely blame someone else for this and try again. This is their nature. They will work twice as hard to have someone else take care of them. They are slaves.

It has recently come to light what we have already known. That Medicare is fraught with corruption and political patronage! We know that all these programs have for too long taken resources from the productive to redistribute to the less productive and the downright unproductive to the point where the unproductive segment of the population has grown and the productive have not. This inversion of the pyramid has grave consequences. You don't have a right to take the fruits of another person's livelihood. And government does not have the right to give your labor away without just compensation.
Healthcare, like education, is not a right. It is not an inalienable right, it is not a human right, it is not a God given right. If there was any human right involved I suppose it would be that parents should have the right to educate their children any way they see fit and to be free of Federal intervention in their children's education. The Federal Government, as outlined in the U.S. Constitution, has no mandate or obligation to administer neither healthcare nor education. Yet here they are buying their way in and inventing problems to solve so they can invent more problems to solve. And by example of international and national test scores and news from our bigger cities like Manhattan, Philadelphia, Washington DC, LA, Boston and all of other major cities across the country, nationally administered public education is an abject failure with families fleeing the city schools for the less oppressive sububurban and private schools in any manner that they can. The government and it' educational unions are fighting tooth and nail to suppress school choice via the school voucher system and charter school programs that would give equal footing for those less able to afford better educational opportunities. None of this is a secret.

So using education as the template, we are to trust the Federal Government to adequately administer healthcare? Who but only the product of government schools would think this is a good idea?

The government is only good at making one product: Poor Entitled People (PEPs). And their success in this endeavor is our demise. Make the slaves love their slavery, have them march in the streets and yell for it at the top of their lungs. Let the government bribe them and bring them across the border to be their thugs and run rampant on every street in America. And they will fight and they will win the only thing they know: How to be poor entitled people.
And afterwards they will never be anything else.

As Obama Wings It on Health Law, A Weary Nation Sighs

He can delay it all he wants, no economy in the world is ready to sustain government directed Socialized Medicine. Just the spectre of it's impending implementation has sent thousands to the unemployment line and has created a food stamp class of working poor.

It smacks of the old Soviet Union where they were always waiting for the economy to be strong enough to handle their commumist initiatives. But it never was.

It's almost like the Obama administration thinks that if it can get this Albatross off the ground then somehow it will stay aloft on its own. That trick has never worked and it will fail again. In fact, it already has failed it's just that these dictatorial types in Washington these days just can't manage to let a bad idea go. They will sacrifice the nations economy and it's citizenry to try to save their half-assed national takeover. And what do they get to lord over and dictate to? A Welfare State, WooHoo! That's the part I don't get; Who wants to be known throughout history as the lord and master over a failed Socialist State? The Age of Pericles this isn't.

But what I think the real plan in all of this might be is to force the countrys best and brightest workers into big corporations for their livelihoods and survival and the rest can just lump it in the junkyards of the nation. The Obama regime is crushing the small business owner under it's corporate-loving, tax-loving, regulation-loving Cuban Heel. It's driving up the cost of doing business, any business, to the point where only the large corporations can either pay the freight or can get a pass on it all together. And for the most part they are getting a pass.

This is because thousands of individual small businesses cannot combine their political clout or nor can decide even where best to place their resources to buy influence in government like a big, nameless, faceless corporation can. Large corporations with boards of directors, anonymous to you and I on the ground, can weild large sums of money and put it to good use in one collective objective to gain favor for...The Corporation. Small businesses do not have the organizational wherewithall to accomplish this. Thus they cannot buy the favor of government like a big corporation regardless of the fact that small businesses employ the majority of Americans in this country and always have.

So while more and more people shutter their own businesses and empty their storefronts, they turn to big businesses for their living. There is no other place to go now that they've been put out of business by the policies of their very own government.

So now these big businesses can pick and choose who they want from the hords of these educated unemployed. They know you have to go to them, that the deck is stacked in their favor. But do they want you or should they go for the H-1B guest worker? The mind boggles.

This will continue until we can't even afford a Happy Meal never mind an iPad. Where will the revenue come from then, a printing press? Tried that one already.

Barak Obama has continued to improvise a way to make his unworkable schemes work. He has delayed and put off and revised until the right time. But there is no right time. But there is no way to do it. He only has ideology as his refuge and his Communist minions as his solace and that isn't going to put Doctors in offices and people back to work. The only way to do that is to quit robbing the average American Citizen. But he can't do that. How else is he going to pay for all the good he's doing us?

As the weeks and months drag on until the next presidential election, we are stripped of our optimism that anything is going to change. We can only now hope to hold onto what jobs that we have left and the money that the government lets us keep. We will not buy what we like but only what we need and hold onto what we can until the day we too are thrown out of work.

It's all so tiresome, so predictable and it was all preventable.

Our Ever Changing HealthCare Law

Just what healthcare law did the Supreme Court uphold anyway?

Was it the Affordable Care act of 2010 or the 14 different versions of that law that has been passed to the American public by word of mouth from the White House?

Was it ever even a law? I've heard it was and people are acting like it was a law but there doesn't really seem to be a law.

As the late, great Harry Nilsson wrote in his epic story The Point: "A point in every direction is like no point at all!"

When you try to cover everything, you end up covering nothing.
We have no President and we have no Healthcare Law.

Not if you don't want it to be at any rate.
Unlike what you may be reading in the government newpapers and hearing on the government news channels, the Affordable Care Act is not what President Obama says it is whenever he gets around to telling us what it’s going to be about THIS WEEK. Has anybody check the latest presidental TWEET?

In the 237-odd years that the country has been the United States, laws have tended to be more static in the past once they are signed into law. Now they are anything someone might tell you they are.
What makes anyone believe that any of this is going to be enforceable?

Challenge away o’ folks who still have enough money to actually be able to afford justice in this country, you will have this law tied up for a decade. All you have to do is ask for a dated copy of the new provisions passed by Congress. What? It WASN’T passed by Congress? Well then, were the new provisions signed by the President? They WEREN’T? Trying to find somebody who can interprete THE AIR will be a daunting task don't you think? Or maybe they just find some crazy homeless person who'll wave his hands around and tell the court what it's all about. And who's to say they would be wrong?
And how the hell is the IRS going to enforce these tax penalties? Challenge away you scofflaws. The wheels of justice have been moving slower than ever before and will most likely grind to a halt over numerous and consistent court cases asking for proof of the new measures.

There is no law, not this law not ANY law anymore.
Maybe it won't be long now before the police will be shaking pedestrians down for cash and he courts will fine you for just about anything you can think of. The country is descending into one big  money-grab.

It's been the American Way for way too long. You can live like a cricket and spend everything you earn and at the end of the day the government will take care of you. You can toil like the ant, scrimp and say and all you do is end up paying for the crickets healthcare plan. So why bother?

Forget Congress, they aren’t enforcing their own laws and have passed laws exempting them from being subject to laws in the first place which makes me wonder if they are actually subject to the laws they’ve passed making them not subject to the laws they have passed. Right?
So do as you please these days. Get health insurance, don’t get health insurance. Pay the fine, don't pay the fine or don't even pay your medical bills. They can't do anything to you by law anyway. They can't charge you interest and they can't put it on your credit report. All they can do is have someone call you on the phone so what the hell does it matter anymore?

Doctors should go back to the way things were before Medicaid and the meddling of the government in the business of providing healthcare. They should go back to coming to your home to give your kids a shot in the ass. Growing up in the Boston Projects, we had a doctor who visited our place to do just that since when one kid in the project got the measles, all the kids got the measles. The doc would come buy, give you a shot (Penicillin, remember those days before they shot all that shit into the livestock and screwed everything up?).
Anyway, the doctor gave us a shot in the patoot and my mom paid him and he left. No office manager, no insurance claim, no discount, no offset, no government overhead and no bullshit.
And it all worked just great. I got a shot in the butt, the measles went away, the doctor got paid and my mom got some sleep.

So what went wrong?
Government of course, solving problems that weren’t problems in the first place and buying their way into the industry with promises to the doctors that they wouldn’t lose a dime if they went along with their plans. And in the beginning they didn’t.

But look at them now.
Doctors have to consolidate their services in order to survive. There aren't many single doctors offices anymore. Now doctors have to be affiliated with a larger medical group to absorb all the liabilities that come with the field and that the ACA never even addresses.

Doctors should drop all insurance carriers period, especially the government ones that drive up the costs of patient care and just administrate their own billing. They’ve got their own billing and  collections departments now already anyway; they wouldn’t even have to gear up. All they have to do is drop the government plans and quit taking their filthy money. And need I remind anybody that it’s OUR filthy money which has gone to everything BUT us and which is used to batter any dissatisfied citizen challenger into the ground.  The government has taken all the resources before you can even think to fight them.

So then let the government take everybody to court and try to drive "rouge" medical centers out of business. Like they aren’t going to be forced out of business ANYWAY by ever increasing government intervention and the prospect of receiving ever decreasing payments for the services they provide. Their dead ducks either way so they might as well fight for their rights and their livelihood.
Let the government try to enforce their ever-changing illegitimate bullshit iron-gloved Healthcare boondoggle of a law that nobody on God’s Green Earth really knows what it does anymore.

So ultimately we should pay our doctors directly and CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN, namely THE GOVERNMENT and let them try to stop us.

The Republic’s Last Stand

The holdout Tea Party Republicans are staging a stand for the Republic of the United States. They lose here and there’s no reason to believe they will ever get another chance.
With the government subsidizing minority populations, non-working populations and illegal immigration which as Ronald Reagan so popularly said: “Whatever the government subsidizes, we get more of”.

The biggest mistake of Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign was when he said; “We’re going to put the country back to work!” And then they made the distressing discovery that there are a great many people living in the United States these days that don’t want to do just that. Why work when the difference between working and not working has become rather small. People are finding that if they make less, they will receive more from the government. That’s a hell of a voting block they’ve created.
The biggest threat to the individual freedoms of the American people right now is the over reach of the government, it's disregard of the U.S. Constition and it's flagship takeover program, The  oxymoronic Affordable Care Act and everybody who cares even a little bit knows it.

As we can see by the government’s reaction to the so called “Shutdown”, they have taken control of all the public lands and even though they were set aside for “future generations” and for the American people to enjoy, it doesn’t look like this confiscated land is going to be used by anybody but the U.S. government into perpetuity. The government has made no bones about it, these lands are THEIR lands and, surprise, you were never entitled to them and are now not even allowed to LOOK at them unless they say so, so SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN! Call in the guards!
These are the King’s Lands now and you have no right to them even though you PAID for them. This is where our government is today; right back to where we were with King George the 3rd and his haughty Parliament.
This also is just a dress rehearsal for when they can assert control over the public streets to the point where they can keep you confined to your state, your town and even your home. But this assumption is preposterous, surely that can't happen here, right?
So with this all in mind, the lone holdouts in the government right now are the Tea Party candidates trying to keep the rest of the GOP honest. There will not be another chance beyond the discord that will follow after the collapse of the economy and the government to follow. The only question now is when this will happen since the government can keep kicking bricks under the pyramid for maybe even another decade. But the house will fall.

And what kind of life can we expect to be living through the next decade?  Yes, better to fight now and risk the entire nation to collapse economically than to be nickel and dimed to death and drained of our individual resources slowly over the next ten years. The EU and other U.S. debt holders have already been calling for increased “revenue enhancement” in the face of the nation’s mounting debts. And where is THAT money going to come from? Why the U.S. taxpayer that’s who. Like the tax burden isn’t high enough already and with the price increases that nobody seems to be talking about, the situation is shaping up into a Death by a Thousand Cuts. The Middle Class, the people who work, are being drained of its resources and everybody in government has their hand in our pockets.
But the kicker is they’re just strong arming us more and more. We are denied access to government and the lands they occupy and we don’t have the right to question it, we only have the right to PAY.

So let’s live and die on this new battlefield right now. In a purely figurative sense, it's better to die with our boots on rather than living on our knees because once we’re all flat broke, we won’t have a leg to stand on.
So go for broke boys since we're on our way there anyway.

The Future of ObamaCare

There is no future for the Affordable Care Act, it’s unworkable.
Call it Ghandi meets Martin Luther King Jr.

Just don’t participate.
You are not powerless against the implementation of this plan. You are not powerless against this government.  Regardless of the law, you have choices.

The government Screwheads have no clue as to how to really pay for their socialized medicine plan. They are relying on the segment of the population in their 20s to pay for much of it. But for most of their 20s these people are exempt from buying into ObamaCare. They can stay on their parents plan until they’re 26 years old. But what if they don’t buy a plan when they turn 27? And what if they can’t?

Right now the people in their mid to late 20s are facing great financial pressure. A larger cross-section are either unemployed or under employed, carry a large amount of student loan debt and now are expected to pay high fees for a health plan they don’t particularly need since, well, they’re young and will stay relatively healthy for the next decade or so. Forcing them to buy into ObamaCare will reduce their purchasing power, already curtailed by debt and lagging opportunity, to practically nothing.

So what if they don’t pay?
But the IRS will enforce ObamaCare, they will be fined and hounded to pay. But where are they going to get the money? It’s the “blood out of a stone” cliché’.  They going to jail these people?. The healthcare plan will be the last priority for them. They won’t even have money for the fines  But these are the people who are expected to carry the burden for the “Affordable Care Act”.  Good thinking.

Having seen my health care deductible double from $500.00 to $1000.00 in two years and expecting it to go to $1500.00 next year, I can no longer easily pay the bills off as they come in so I started sending them $30.00 every other week. I make my own payment plan and send them what I can. If it goes to collections, I ignore them and continue sending the money directly to the receivable department.  My insurance, for all the money my employer pays to them, provides for less and less until it seems I don’t really have insurance at all. They can wait for the money.
Legalizing 12 million or so Mexicans won’t work either. What makes you think THEY’RE going to all of a sudden pay taxes and buy health insurance?  The U.S. government does but that’s just plain naïve.

The illegals have been getting along quite nicely on the underground economy and they should be in no hurry to get off that gravy train. We’ll have to see about how that plays out but I’m thinking buying into U.S. citizenship won’t be the payoff the government thinks it will be.
Private employers are also not powerless in the face of ObamaCare costs and mandates. They will be jettisoning workers from the full time roles and spinning off companies to stay under the employee limit. Part-time employment ie: underemployment, is already growing faster than full-time employment ObamaCare is driving up the cost of full-time employees so it stands to reason that we will have less full-time employment. Duh!

ObamaCare, like the RomneyCare plan we have in Massachusetts, is already cash starved. RomneyCare has never been in the black and neither will ObamaCare.  The attempts at cost controls have all fallen short. The plans will require more and more money that will not be coming from the taxpayer base. There are so many groups and people already NOT paying for these services, the people who do pay will be hard pressed to keep up. I don't see how we'll be able to do it.

By people and companies not participating, not paying and ignoring the health exchanges in favor of continuing to go to their regular clinics and by even paying cash, the Affordable Healthcare Act will not stand. It’s dead on arrival.

It’s unfortunate that this plan relies on force to implement rather than the people’s desire and free will to participate and this is actually the basis of the plans undoing. It, like most of President Obamas policies, is against nature and the natural order of things.
So if you don't like what's going on, you need do nothing.

Obama Campaigns While His Policies Turn To Shit

Mr. Obama is back on the campaign trail. As if he ever left. He’s out giving speeches on topics from Gun Control to Gay Marriage to mapping the human brain but answers no questions about ANYTHING. This may be because his national media support team doesn’t ask them or that NOBODY is allowed to ask questions.

But there he is, flying all over the country still.

But it’s all just more distraction, more redirection and more subterfuge for the Obama regime because the last thing President Obama wants to talk about is his policies because NOT ONE of his policies that he and his Leftist ilk has pushed through Congress to become law.
These are the LAST things that the president wants to talk about.

“Look! Over there! It’s North Korea! Aaaah! Look out! They mean it this time, they’re going to do something baaaad! Hey but wait, all these kids got shot in Newtown, Connecticut. We gotta doooo something right now! It’s baaaad! This is a national CRISIS! This is IMPORTANT!”
But the real crisis is that the much trumpeted “Recovery” is not a recovery at all but a failing attempt by big government at slowing the economic death spiral that it's tax & spend policies has put the U.S. economy in. It continues to spend money the nation has yet to earn while getting nothing in return.

The quick rundown of just some of Mr. Obama’s campaign themes:
The Stimulus has been an expensive failure. Just on its surface it could never gain ground on debt because it increases debt. How can you produce ANYTHING when you’re expanding debt? It makes no sense.

Green Energy has also been a colossal and expensive failure. Green Power is pricey power. Look at the Cape Wind project that was going to be built off the coast of Massachusetts. It was all a rosy picture until we found out what it was going to cost the public when/if it went on line. Boom, gone! No more Cape Wind. The Obama government has been losing millions in taxpayer funds in it's gamble of picking economic winners and losers in energy production.
If there is a single major reason that the economy is not recovering but in fact going backwards, it's ObamaCare.  Any gains that may have been made would be offset, or rather, overwhelmed by the incremental increases brought about by the Lefts National Health Care initiative. What business is going to hire workers when they don't know how much they're going to cost from year to year? ObamaCare makes people more expensive to hire and keep every year when they should be finding ways to make them less expensive so they can be hired and so that business can be compeditive on the global marketplace. The source of this great expense has not been wages but government intervention in the healthcare industry. There isn’t enough money in the world to make Socialized Medicine work.  Just by the nature of it, ObamaCare could never work. Unfortunately it will cause a lot of pain on its way down the “Failed Socialist Ideology” toilet of history.

Gun Control can never work. Sure kids got shot but kids get shot every day in our inner cities and nothing, you hear nothing. This is because those deaths are a result of government mandated prohibition that keeps drugs illegal and therefore firmly in the hands of an increasingly violent underground economy and murderous terrorists. Who wants to talk about that? Certainly not the president.

Obama’s support of Teachers Unions has been a dismal failure since most of his Stimulus package went to them instead of his much touted Shovel Ready jobs. Remember those? Mr. Obama apparently does not.

The list can go on. There's the Public Union Pension Liabilites that are crushing state budgets across the nation and the Federally mandated funding of Medicaid and Medicare which were mistakes right from the beginning.
And so far it’s all held up by printed or borrowed pieces of worthless paper.

But the message we get from Mr. Obama? “We can do better!” What does that even mean?
President Obama may be able to defy Congress. He may be able to defy the Supreme Court.  He may be able to defy the U.S. Constitution and the will of the American People. But the one law the President won’t be able to defy is the Law of Gravity. Because of his either purposeful or misguided direction, these debts our government is piling up will fall due and when that happens, all the money will turn to shit just like Cyprus.

Everything the Obama Regime has put through has caused hardship, shortages and pain for the general public of the United States. There is more poverty, more people out of work, more people on food stamps and more people in the streets than at any time in the Baby Boomer era. We as a nation are in the most debt ever run up by government.

And nothing is going to be done to address it because government is out of bricks to kick under their various pyramid schemes that they've used to buy votes since the 1950s. There are no more fixes and no more money to throw at them. We as a nation are insolvent.

So when you hear the sound-bites circulated on radio and TV, just keep in mind that that is all you’re ever going to hear. There will be no questions, no answers and certainly no candor or truth.
But the truth is, this nation is in a heap of trouble.

Crying Over the Sequester

Who on earth thinks the military is underfunded? After 12 years of expansion, war technology breakthroughs and 700 bases all over the world, what is $22 Billion to this massive juggernaut of spending, waste and murder?
Only a warmonger, Sean Hannity or that hypocritical government tool, Fox News,  would think the United States will suddenly be left undefended if these cuts, and they’re not really cuts, they’re merely a reduction in budget increases, should actually happen?

But from the sound of the wailing from government, who will never willingly take a step back from spending taxpayer money on their voting groups, you’d think they were your local school committee threatening to cut the football team from the budget next year unless you vote for a tax override.
Let them take their ball and go home. If the government won’t cut this, then what will they ever cut? If both "sides" are unwilling even to cut what amounts to 1% of all government spending, then how will the nations budget ever get balanced? All this wringing of hands over what amounts to a drop in a bucket only proves that government is willing to cut anything from their bloated federal trough of corruption, waste and influence buying and sweetheart deals.

If the U.S. military is so strapped for cash, then why don’t they close even a few of those hundreds of military bases they’ve got all over the world in places that we neither need to defend or shouldn’t be in anymore at all like Greece, Italy, Japan, Germany or the UAE ? Let some of these places start to take an interest in their own defense these days.  Why are we still in Germany and Japan? It no longer makes any sense from a defense standpoint or now a fiscal one. Close some bases if you want to save some money. But no, they can’t. The bottom is going to have to fall out of the economy for any government agency to take a step back from spending OUR money. The only answer government has is to raise taxes...again! It’s not sane.
As long as government continues to kick another brick under the grand Pyramid Scheme called Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, we are never going to get out from under this spending parade.  Simply raising the retirement age isn’t going to do it and taking more and more money out of our pockets is only going to mean less and less the government will take in to pay for their epic Babylonian excess.

If we don’t cut now, when? If not this, what? I’m not crying about cutting the military because they’re usually the Republicans voting group. The Republican Party has capitulated to the political left years ago so there is no longer a fundamental difference between a Republican and a Democrat. They are both wasters of the public trust and they lie together  in the house of ill repute that is Congress and the Presidency.
The only party that really wants to do something about Washington’s largess is the Tea Party. They’re the ones working and they’re the ones paying.  And they’re the ones who want the Sequester and so do I. I hope it’s allowed to happen but I don’t think it will. The Demilcans and the Republocrats will do a last minute punt and we’ll all just wait another couple of months for the next “crisis” and call to jump through more hoops while the second coming of Rome crumbles into its whimpering history.

Stupid.

U.S. Government Remains Dedicated to Money Losing Energy Companies

Even while facing the much balihoo'd Fiscal Cliff, big government still clung tightly to the funding subsidies of it's failing green energy companies.

The government will pick the winners and losers of American industry. And if they don’t win, the government will just keep throwing taxpayer money at them until they win.  And in the case of the government backed solar companies, they'll also impose tarriffs.

What next? Will government force us to buy General Motors automobiles?
They are already forcing citizens onto their Federal Health Plans. By forcing insurance providers to cover everybody regardless of ability to pay and by forcing healthcare providers to carry the illegal populous who do not pay a dime into the system, thereby driving up costs for health insurance, they will soon be the only game in town.

They’re already forcing the American public to buy mercury laced “energy efficient” light bulbs and will make sure they are the only thing on the market available by phasing out the “bad” light bulbs that we’ve been using for over 100 years. They may save a watt or two but they’re dark and where you going to throw them out? Their a light bulb the government can embrace because they can put warning labels on them and create a whole new bureaucracy around just disposing of them.
The government, by their taxing and regulating policies, is forcing people onto Unemployment Insurance. Where once stood a productive employee now stands a jobless government dependent. Millions now collect unemployment in an anonymous, almost secret fashion. Image if it were 1981 with this rate of unemployment. The lines would go for blocks and everyone would see how really bad it is. Nah, just pick up the phone and register, give them your bank account and routing number and your money will be sent straight to your checking account. No waiting.

The government is also forcing us to listen to endless propaganda via their media machine television stations: CBS News, New England Network News, Fox News, and CNN News. I was watching at my local fitness center how overjoyed CBS News was that “things were going well” with the unemployment rate ticking up to the “official” total of 7.8%.
There is no news. There is nothing to be believed anymore on the airwaves. It’s as though I’m living Terry Gilliam’s movie “Brazil” in real life. Oh, but it can’t happen here. But it has, hasn't it?

But for all the governments promoting, funding and propping up, of all their inventive bureaucratic feats of conjuring government industry out of the need to have a government industry, all of their enterprises are very “lossy” propositions. They just lose tons of money. Why? Because nobody wants what they’re selling, that’s why. If they did, they wouldn’t need to be subsidized. They’re services and goods are too expensive are made poorly and delivered uncaringly and the increasing amounts of tax money it requires is not just killing the economy but stunting the growth and incentive of a generation.
Check the success rate of the City of Chicago’s public school system if you want to witness the trap of government industry. They won’t allow a voucher system for school choice so if you can’t pay twice, once for the public school you have no use for and again for a privates school you need, you’re stuck! Talk about no future. Perhaps they can all get jobs in the Illinois Public Works Department. A fine janitor you've raised there Mr. Smith.

This is why government has to force you to take their goods and services. This is why competition must be legislated and taxed out of existence. This is why the propaganda machine has to tell you that this is a good thing.
But we know it’s a lie. THEY know it’s a lie but it’s for your own good if you know what's good for you. You just don’t know any better. That’s why government is here to help you with your choices. By limiting your choices, the government will help you make the right one.

If you think this isn’t right, think again.

Presidential Choices Now Clearly Drawn

Now that Mitt Romney has chosen budget hawk Paul Ryan as his vice president and the ideological divide never broader in the history of our nation.
Do you vote for fiscal responsibility or fiscal disaster?

The United States is going to have an economic crash. I’ve got 7 to 13 Billion reasons to think it so. The choice is who you want in the presidency when that happens. Do you want the people who know and believe a collapse is going to happen and have a plan to avert or fix it or the people who are just going to keep the money spigot on until the economy goes over the cliff?
The funny thing is that people who are on the dole and are receiving government benefits will probably be voting for the wrong guy. It’s Romney who actually wants to save Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security. I personally won’t mind seeing these government transfer schemes collapse and burn.

I find myself on the fence.
Another 4 years of the Obama administration and the collapse of the government entitlement system is assured. There won’t be enough money to pay for even a bit of it and although they will try, there won’t be enough money left in the private economy to take. End of system.

With Paul Ryan’s budget plan and Mitt Romney’s quoted resolve to keep the status quo on these money sucking programs, it is probably a good bet that even when the economy crashes they will attempt to “save” them although cuts will be in order.
The thing I’m concerned about come the fiscal collapse is that if ObamaCare is left in place, the resulting shortages in medicine, doctors and equipment will create a greater hardship than if Romney actually tried to keep the pyramid up so to speak. Anyone who has tried to make even a routine doctor’s appointment knows what I mean. Even people on the left side of the fence do not believe for a moment that this will improve. Other than that, let it all burn.

But this is a dilemma for the American people to decide. Because of the irrational behavior of our present group of politicians on both sides of the aisle, one side allowing vast groups of illiterate Goths into the country to become a government dependent voting class a la Hugo Chavez or the other side that supplies a slightly better educated voting group with perpetual War and Drug Prohibition to keep the military, judicial and correctional jobs flowing.
It is a good thing that Romney went with the money guy instead of the military guy for V.P. since the last thing we need in the Whitehouse right now is another military mind since the last 58 years of warfare has only served to sour me on its effectiveness as an economic engine.

The lines are drawn so let the contest begin. No accusation will be too outlandish; no act will be too bizarre. Down will be up and up will be down. It will be raining hotdogs and hamburgers with one syndicate trying to wrest power from another syndicate trying desperately to hold onto it.
You won’t be able to believe anything you hear and none of what you read. You may even doubt your eyes. Elvis, Bruce Lee and Amelia Erhart  will come back and Jesus will stop by for tea with your dead grandmother.

Nothing will be clear and everybody will be out in the street to declare "What about me?".

Please try to hold onto your humanity.

Doctors: Pushers in Lab Coats

This is the state of medicine in the United States today. I was at a pharmacy/mini mart last week and a kid jumped the counter, grabbed a bunch of prescriptions waiting to be picked up and attempted to escape on foot with them. He didn’t get out of the parking lot.

This poor sap was just doing what many of our fellow citizens are doing these days: Trying to get their fix. He must have run out of doctors to prescribe for him.
I changed doctors a few years back when my former GP offered me a certain male enhancement drug. I never expressed an interest in aquiring it nor did I ask. I was there for a checkup and we hadn’t even started yet. That was it for him.

I have always found it strange that people have so many prescription drugs lying around. There are a lot of drugs in cirulation these days and they're all prescription drugs.
I met a woman not too long ago who told me the story of how she came to be divorced. Her former husband had a thriving construction business. She told me that he injured his ankle on the job and the doctor prescribed Oxycondone for the pain. Doesn’t this man, a man with no history of addictive behavior, become hooked on this stuff? Doesn’t he lose the business, his marriage and ends up living on the street? Yep, scared the crap out of me to hear this. How can this be?

Legendary musician and self-proclaimed child porn researcher, Pete Townsend of the British rock band,The Who, once said about his heroin addiction that he was “Addicted the very first time” he used the drug and “chased the feeling of that first high” for the rest of the time he was involved with it.
Much like the American weapons industry and our national addiction to war, we have a huge economic interest in the manufacture and distribution of pharmascutical drugs. It’s big business! But these drugs are so powerful, they can take over a person’s life and negatively affect the lives of all they are involved with, their colleagues and their families. But what can you do, a customer is a customer.

I'm not going out on a limb when I say that most of the murder and robbery going on in this country is drug related.  Nobody wants to rob a bank if they don’t have to. These are acts of desperate people but with the wasted efforts of our penal coloney state, there are no resources to help people get clean. A jail cell, yes, a drug facility, no.
Drug companies have a huge sales force with the power of the “junket” and “seminars” that they get doctors to "teach" and to promote their “product” for big rewards. Who cares if it’s killing people? Certainly not the drug industry.

It has been reported that more Americans are now hooked on manufactured drugs than on the old tired stuff like Marijuana, Hashish, Cocaine and Heroin COMBINED. All that is oh, so yesterday. Your parents did those drugs way back in the 70s and 80s for crying out loud, why horse around with that stuff when you can get the good, clean high of a high quality pharmaceutical?
And it’s all LEGAL! Well most of it anyway. The manufacture and distribution methods are all above board at any rate. These are the "legitimate" drugs, the drugs allowed by the State. Those others are illigitimate. There's a big difference, see?

All good for the economy.  People gotta have good jobs so they can have good homes and nice communities with good schools to raise their kids in.

But these very same communities are in jeopardy and although the damage in dollars and cents may be harder to track, the toll outweighs the gains. Nobody grows up wanting to be a drug addict but we have plenty of drug addicts. Some are born but most are MADE.

There are few professions where the practitioners take an oath. Some swear to uphold the law, another swears to uphold the Constitution but one in particular vows to “do no harm”. All these oaths have been violated and this will continue no doubt. While people don’t trust the police much and certainly don’t trust the President, many people trust their doctors and believe what their doctor tells them. These drugs are “medicine” and most believe that it wouldn’t be recommended if they didn’t need it.

Yes, doctors take an oath but they don’t take a vow of poverty and in our society, as in any society, money does most of the talking. People, and doctors are people first, like to have things and what’s the harm in prescribing this stuff?

By the looks of what’s going on in our nation, plenty of harm.

Obama Shuck’s & Jives on TV for Young Voters

If things could not get any stranger in this nation, the President of the United States sets up a campaign visit to a network television show to attempt to court the “youth vote”. Mr. Hollywood needs to put on a good show for the rubs since he has nothing else to actually give them for his 3 and ½ years in office.

Mr. Obama is doing what he does best, taking his one-man good guy traveling socialist tent show on the road. He’ll sing like Al Green, he’ll dance like Bo Jangles and he’ll tell ‘em all what they want to hear. He’ll be the glad handing, upbeat and cheerful guy everybody would like to have a beer with. Well, almost everybody.

The real irony in the president’s attempt to revitalize the youth vote is that these are the very people he and his policies are trampling the most and relegating them all to a future of wage slavery. Really, because of this man and his anti-private enterprise, big government supporting, never stop spending and never stop taxing approach to government is exactly why the younger generation, the recent college graduates and those 20-somethings out there in the workforce today, will have no future.

The reason Barack Obama is speaking at so many colleges these days is that the adults have had it with his “Just like you” act and the only people who still give him the time of day are the student activist groups and campus radicals that flourish under the government subsidized university system. This is the very system that has put these students under the Cuban heel of debilitating student loan debt. There is no need to cut costs at the University level since the government run student loan program will lend you any amount of money you need to cover the charge. That’s taxpayer money I might add, taken out of the economy for the funding of student loans.

But without a good job, you won’t be able to pay it back. This is why student loan debt is approaching $1 Trillion, another bubble just waiting to burst.

Have you heard the spots on the radio? Pick one, they’re all the same: Obama speaking in front of a student assembly and he’ll say something and everybody starts screaming and his voice will rise above the din to reach his trademark crescendo to finish his point every single time.

All just Wind and Sails.

Obama targets the youth vote specifically because these kids have no life experience beyond the 18 to 25 years or so they've been on the planet. They don't remember what it was like under Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush I or Bill Clinton. They are all just pictures in a book to them and the economic successes and failures of these men have no meaning to them because they never lived through them. It is this lack of historical perspective Obama thrives upon. His style over substance rhetoric, pie in the sky platitudes and "with it" speaking style provide the dazzle of spectacle and appeals to their good hearts and good intentions.

But if they could think about it for even a minute they would put two and two together. They can’t get a job in their major, they can’t pay their student loans, they won’t be able to buy anything on credit as long as their loans are outstanding like a car or a condo. Nobody is coming to save them from the situation they are on the hook for. There are only so many resources and in time everyone realizes that at some point we all have to take responsibility for our actions and results will vary in the outcome of our lives and despite the promises, this is the ultimate reality we face as adults.

This is a man who has spent and spent again money this nation has yet to earn to the tune of $5 Trillion. Oh yes, there was debt before but nothing like this, ever.

There is no return on this money that has mainly gone to prop up public unions across the States, Wall Street banks and at General Motors Corp at the expense of taxpayers and shareholders alike, it’s just plain GONE.

We have lost 5 million jobs since 2007. We have had to devote more resources to people who aren't working in the form of Unemployment Compensation, Food Stamps and Housing Subsidies. Despite the “everything’s fine” approach to the economy, things aren’t turning around at all. Mass layoffs by every sector of the economy continues and companies are very concerned about the future costs of Obama’s National Healthcare Reform Act. Every initiative of the healthcare plan puts financial pressures on employers. Who will hire with this much uncertainty?

A study for The Associated Press has found that 50% of 2012 graduates are unemployed or under employed. Even if that’s partially true, the students screaming for Obama in the nations universities are going to have a very hard time of it come graduation.

So if it’s the nation’s student population who are still going for Obama’s Elmer Gantry revival act, what kind of education have they really gotten in college?

Certainly not the education that they’ve got waiting for them.

Free Health Care for All!

The latest farcical controversy between the Catholic Church and the U.S. government is astounding on so many levels as to confuse the most astute observer.

On one hand we have the government giving away yet another chunk of taxpayer money for the colossal non-issue of women’s contraception. Add to that the over-reach and tyrannical nature of government dictating to private organizations like hospitals and insurance companies on what they’re going to do with the money they make and the services they render. Then there is the other head of the Hydra, the Catholic Organization.  That’s just for starters.

Given the political and economic climate of the United States right now where we as a nation are broke but have an incumbent president who holds the dual sword of wielding more power than he was ever meant to have but lagging so low in popularity among the paying classes that he is driven to entice a large population of those who don’t to vote his inept behind back into the White House for another acrimonious and predictably disastrous four more years.

The government giveaway campaign continues with free contraception for women. No co-pay, no nothing, the contraception of your choice is free. And if the organization has an objection on religious grounds, no worries because their insurance company must pay for it anyway. Free of charge. That’s the plan.

But anyone with half a brain or without a political agenda will admit that there is no such thing as free. Somebody, somewhere will have to bear the costs of such a plan. Go look in the mirror. Who do you see? That’s right, you’ve found the person who is going to pay more for the same services that they receive while others get them for free. But wait, they’re poor and you’re loaded so what’s another $20.00 out of YOUR pocket? You’ve got it, moneybags, working for a big greedy corporation that rapes the unsuspecting consumer by charging a price for their products and services. There are so many more deserving of that money.  And so what if your phone bill has gone up, your car insurance has increased, heating your home has gone up and the cost of your health insurance has almost DOUBLED in the last four years. What’s another 20 bucks?

Then we find the Catholic Organization has cried “foul” at being forced to provide free contraception in their businesses. Yet they have for decades been in bed with the government on so many issues, the major one lately is illegal immigration. Another is their tax free status on not only churches but for Catholic businesses like the YMCA & YWCA. Their hospitals have benefited from government money. So now they’re upset that their “partner” wants them to hand out free contraceptives? So now they find religion?

For many reasons, the Catholic Organization’s influence is waning in the United States. For one they change “religious” doctrine to suit their needs. Another is that they’ve protected pedophile priests for perhaps centuries and they never seem to let religion get in the way of closing a church one they stop producing a revenue stream. Mexico and South America is teaming with Catholics just waiting to be tapped as a useful revenue stream. Hence, the “Catholicism as a business model” is all for illegal immigrants being granted amnesty.

The economy is ¾ driven by consumer spending. That axiom is repeated like a mantra across this land but the major malfunction I see is that every giveaway takes more and more money out of the regular person’s pocket so they have less to spend. Less purchases means a reduction in production. This in turn generates less taxes and so government has less to support its giveaways. Less spending, less production. less taxes, less giveaways. It’s Economics 101. Yet the giveaways are increasing without any thought to where the money or production will come to pay for them. The word for this is: Insane.

There is nothing in my copy of the Constitution that says the Federal Government should be in the business of providing free contraceptives to women. In fact, there is no Constitutional mandate that I can find that gives the Federal Government the right to be in the healthcare business. Or the retirement business, or the business of educating our children or a government lunch program in those schools. But the Feds have bought their way into these areas and have made them a disaster. Everything they have made a policy of or a “war” against has become a costly, bureaucratic shambles.

So here we have it: An omnipresent and dictatorial president pushing minutia and ignoring the difficult problems in an attempt to buy votes to extend and consolidate his power, a grasping kleptocracy of a government machine that can’t find time to produce a budget over the last three years but has managed to take over private enterprise in this country and raided the treasury for their own gain. A nation of youth that has had their future spent for them for short term political gain and short-lived economic balance, and the rest of us who played by the rules, saw this coming and knew better in the first place.

Just another day at the office in “Other People’s Money-land”.

The ObamaCare Pyramid Scheme

The “Individual Mandate” is the cornerstone of Obama’s national healthcare program. It is the key element to have the full weight of the Federal government behind the enforcement of mandating participation of every man, woman and child in America in this “Healthcare” program.

The purpose of this is, of course, to keep this new pyramid from tipping over too quickly, much like the older Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare scams before it, by insuring a steady flow of cash from everybody into the program even though some will pay more and others will pay not at all.

Taxpayers must be compelled to pay into the system so that the government can continue to give away healthcare for “free” to their core constituency groups, mainly illegal aliens and their support groups, sympathetic businesses like MacDonald’s Corp, GE, General Motors, the Catholic Church and the Public Unions in every state in the nation. Given that only about 50% of the American population even manages to pay taxes anymore, participation by people who do pay taxes is a necessity. Not for it to work in the long run, because really there is no long run, but for the plan to work right now because once it gets going, people will grow to expect it and it can always be "fixed" down the road, right?

So to make Socialized Medicine work, people must be forced into the program, and private insurers out of it. There must be plenty of bricks to kick under the pyramid in the event it starts to hemorrhage red ink. And it will take a lot of money. In truth it will take more money than the world currently has to keep this boondoggle afloat for even a couple of years of full operation never mind into perpetuity. There will be shortages of everything from cancer medicines to doctors. Finding a doctor will become a big issue and the prices of  pharmaceuticals will climb.

And this administration makes no bones about how the Affordable Care Act is based solely upon a Pyramid Scheme of epic proportions. Every Commie associated with this deal, from Kathleen Sebelius to Charles Schumer has said that the plan will work "if" many able bodied young people sign onto the plan. That's a pretty big IF considering that under ObamaCare, todays 20-somethings don't even have to participate since they can stay on their parents healthcare plans until they're 26 years old. How's that for farsightedness?

But also this young demographic is most likely the largest group of underemployed and unemployed people that reside in this nation. Many are carrying crippling college loan debt that they won't pay off for over a decade and so how are they going to pay the premiums when they turn 26? Perhaps the Federal Government will then enact yet another loan program so that they can borrow money at low interest from the government to pay for their health plan that, since they are young and healthy, they won't likely be using so that they can pay for other people to use the plan. This is a bad deal for America's young people no matter how you look at it. For them it's a robbery.

Usually bad policy takes decades to start to smell bad. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid are prime examples. They started small and unobtrusive but they slowly grew over decades to be the national budget busters they are today. But its the newer bad policies coming out of Washington that just stink right away like GW Bush's “No Child Left Behind” and the “Drug Benefit Plan” tacked onto Medicare which were labeled failures the day they were passed into law.

And on the local level the predecessor to Obama’s health plan, an entity that is referred to as “RomneyCare”, started in the red and has been running deficits ever since. Contemplate this for a moment: The MassHealth plan started losing money right from DAY 1 and has gone downhill ever since. It has only been held up by Obama's friend, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick with funds from somewhere else in the state's general tax fund. They're not about to release that information.

But the National Healthcare Plan, slap-dashed together by a Leftist Congressional majority and even then only barely rammed through over every reasoned objection has reached the pinnacle of bad policy and bad precedent. It will stand as the biggest increase in taxes that the American public will have ever seen and the final straw.

The ACA is yet another Federal plan that the American people are forced by the stern blade of an overlord government to pay for even if they never receive a dime from it. I was going to say that never before in the history of the United States of America has there ever been a product or plan that made it mandatory that a citizen to participate in but I’d be lying. Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare are all plans that a majority of citizens are pushed into participation and have to pay for. With the exception of public employees that is. Public employees are exempt from being forced to pay for Social Security and Medicaid taxes.

So ObamaCare is not so much a health plan as it is a DRAFT. We are all now Conscripts in Obama’s war against private markets. We are now destined to be Cannon Fodder, thrown to the front and compelled to go over the top in Obama's Communist power grab and the struggle to keep what we as individuals have worked for our whole lives. We have been impressed into this monumental economic error and will be sacrificed on its altar of failure.

And it will fail. The takers will always outnumber the payers.

So is it Constitutional?  Never mind that there is no Constitutional mandate that the Federal Government should even get involved in providing healthcare to individuals. All federal duties not specifically outlined in The Constitution are left to the States, so to mandate state participation in a Federal plan not therein outlined, and that includes Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare, would be unconstitutional out of hand.

But it makes no difference if the Supreme Judicial Court lets the Individual Mandate stand or not since ObamaCare is already inflicting its economic damage on our lives.

It would be great if the SJC would strike down not only the IM but ObamaCare in its entirety but it’s a Dead Plan walking regardless. The only difference would be the level of pain it would cause if allowed to go forward.

And it doesn't stop here. The next step is the so called "Single Payer" plan where the GOVERNMENT is the sole provider of health care in the country. Look at how well the Veteran's Administration has handled the Single Payer system with America's veterans.

Don't get sick.
