Facebook Owes You Nothing!

Why all the outrage?

You have no preponderance of privacy or right to free speech on Facebook.

Why?

Because you don't OWN it!

You are allowed onto Facebook at the behest and good graces of Facebook owner and CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

And whether he invented it himself or, as some have accused, swindled some other egocentric grifters out of it, Mark Zuckerberg is the person who can say who is allowed on HIS social media giant and who is not. It's HIS site and his marketplace. He is the arbiter of who has access. He does not owe you or anyone else a forum for anything you have to say to the people who are logged into his social media world.

You don't like it?

Then by all means get your own website or better yet, start your own social media company.

Alex Jones has his own websites. He, at least, has spent some time and money developing his own outlets for his wacky bullshit. That is his right and he's taken advantage of it. Being taken off of Facebook is a hit to fan access but he's not shut off since he controls his own media sites. You want to listen to his claptrap, you know where to find him. You are free to do so at your leisure and there will be no one to stand in your way.

Never heard of Laura Loomer but she has a website too. I can't speak to whether she's whacky or not since I can't be bothered but at least you can go find out for yourself without the "help" of Facebook.

Milo Yiannopoulos and Luis Farrakhan, those cheapskates, don't have websites. They rely on free access to Facebook and that other Zuckerberg controlled social media entity, Twitter, for an audience for their frenetic rants and streams of unconsciousness.

As for the impact to the owner of Facebook, it's a given that all these self-promoting radical high-wire acts are starting to become a major liability and a world-class pain-in-the-ass. The leaders of all the major nations are on Zuckerg's case in a vociferous and litigious fashion about the media mogul's site content and he no longer seems inclined to want to put up with it.

I can't say I blame him.

If I owned Facebook, I wouldn't want to hear it either. I wouldn't have put up with that self-absorbed bluthering lunatic Jones on MY social media site either. I can think of no other person who personifies the reason we should bring back Mental Institutions in this country than Alex Jones.

The Right Wing media is using the action Facebook is taking to generate sponsor revenue and whip up angry phone callers about how anti-free speech it is in regards to banning certain people and groups from Social Media. It may certainly be but it's not unlawful. Facebook is not publicly funded and is not bound by rules of public access rights. The US taxpayer isn't paying the bills.

It may not be fair but it doesn't have to be fair either. It can, and is, totally arbitrary. The "reasons" are equally dubious. That other extremist group, Media Matters, which seems under the rules ok to stay on Facebook, is essentially accusing Jones and Yianopoulas of complicity in mass murder since this Left Wing group has taken to branding Conservative groups as White Supremacists.

I wouldn't have Media Matters on my site either. Get off you Left Wing agitators!

While I find all these people yappy and annoying, they are no more or less dangerous than those yoyos who try to get people to eat Tide Pods or do death defying daredevil stunts that have lead to their less talented imitators not managing to actually defy death at all.

But those are ok, right?

But in reality a good reason isn't needed. Facebook is only using "Hate Speech" as a show. They have to say something for public consumption and since it's the catchword of the decade, it's very convenient. We all know there is no such thing as hate speech.

But you don't have a right to free speech on Facebook and you never did. They tell you that when you sigh up but nobody ever reads the agreement. Whether you read it or not, you're still bound by it. and with mounting pressure on the boy genius, it's going to be enforced more and more and the people and groups that they pick aren't going to like it. But they didn't build Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg did.

And what he says,goes.

Alex Jones is a Crazy Person

If you listen to this guy speak for 5 minutes, you just get the feeling that something is wrong with him. Sure he's "Conservative' I guess. So what? So he's a Conservative Crazy person and a self-promoting Show Boat on top of that. I don't know who he thinks he's speaking for but he's not speaking for me.

Youtube and Facebook can do what they want. If they boot Mr. Jones for content they don't like, they have every right to do so because it's THEIR site. Alex Jones doesn't pay to have his stuff on either site. It's free but it's not free because yes you can post stuff on there but if they don't like it, they can take it down. It's their site.

Alex Jones should just pony up the dough and get his own website. That way he can post all his crazy talk on his own site without further issue. That is the American Way.

I don't listen to Alex Jones because, to me, the content of his broadcasts is the ravings of a madman. He's almost as crazy as that guy Mark Levin. Levin is as Mad as a Hatter.

I can't listen to either of these guys for more than a minute. When they are on I ALMOST want to listen to a sports channel but instead I just turn the radio off.

It's like Mr. Jones and Mr. Levin want to get you into a fight. They want you to go running into the streets in outrage over the latest perceived (by them) slight. THEY are your Arbiters of Outrage. You don't have to think, let THEM tell you what to get your nose bent out of shape for. I don't know about you but I'd find this act exhausting after awhile. If I didn't think is was a put-on in the first place, which I do.

It makes me miss the late great David Brudnoy on Boston Radio station WBZ so very much. He had something neither of these guys have and that's called CLASS. He could so eloquently refer to a certain group as "Barbarians" you would just nod your head and smile because with one word, he had defined them. Friend and foe alike respected his opinion. He had well thought out ideas and logical arguments. When he made a point, you were hard pressed to talk your way out of it.

No bluster, no name calling, no grand standing, no anger and it was not an act.

In other words, everything opposite of what is going on today in the radio wars for the hearts and minds of the the voting citizen (and voting, driver's license holding non-citizen).

Today's Talk Radio

The so called Conservative radio of today is so boring. I can do a talk radio show today easy. Here's my opening line:

"Did you hear what the New York Times said about Donald Trump?"

Every phone line will light up.

"The latest from The Huffington Post will shock you!"

Call the advertisers and tell them we're raising our rates!

Anyone who calls one of these shows has rocks in their heads but apparently people have nothing better to do with their time than to wait on hold in order to be used as fodder for the host. It's their time so what can you do but marvel at the self-importance. I suggest that instead of listening to this poorly thought out ploy, the radio equivalent of click-bait, you either should go to bed with a good book or go to bed with somebody who's read one.

Go and live your life and put the phone down, cancel your Facebook page, you Linkedin page, your Twitter account and stay the hell away from social media and talk radio. You'll have so much more time for yourself and your real, live social circle.

You'll be glad you did.

No Such Thing as Hate Speech, Mayor Khan

The term "Hate Speech" is just a veneer the Stateists hide behind when they encounter bad press.

Witness the latest call by an elected official who doesn't like what he's reading. The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has an issue with people not saying nice things about him. Of course in Great Britain there is no right to free speech so it's not a stretch for a Londoner to want to stop such open discourse. It's just not...proper.

Well this BOOK BURNER, Mayor Khan, has a problem. The people who are saying terrible things about him are beyond his reach on Facebook. So he wants to have the government pass laws governing what speech is allowable.

This is all under the guise of "protecting people". You see, if they hear something bad about Mr. Khan or themselves on the Internet, this could damage their delicate self esteem.

Yes, it's all for the CHILDREN! Can't you see how sincere Mr. Khan is?

You see, the Mayor of London just can't stand the THOUGHT of such things. In fact, it's these THOUGHTS he is hoping to stop from manifesting. We should all just be nice and keep our stupid opinions to ourselves on the Internet. If we should have hateful thoughts about the Mayor or about other stupid politicians like him then we should be restricted from expressing these thoughts and that nobody should be allowed to read them.

So Mr. Khan wants something to be done to detect and report "Hate Speech" on line. Which brings to mind a question:

Who will be the one to determine what "Hate Speech" really is?

It's easy really, Hate Speech is something YOU don't like.

Perhaps we could get a nice socialist mayor of a big city to be the judge.

Problem solved!

I think Mr. Khan will gladly become the arbiter of all things Hateful. HE will be the one to determine what should be said on the Internet. Can you blame him considering his background?

Although I see a big problem since here in the United States, we do have a written Constitution and a Bill of Rights that, first and foremost, guarantees the right to say what you want to say. Oh, there are a few limits but I would hardly equate sending hate notes to Mayor Khan, an outspoken lightning rod of a public figure by the way, to yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theater.

I'm sure this egomaniac Mayor Khan would disagree.

And imagine the outrage if someone were to tell the honorable mayor that if he would only watch what HE was saying, perhaps he wouldn't trigger so much "Hate Speech".

But the right to say what one wants must only apply to him. YOU don't get the same opportunity because YOU don't count for BEANS in Mayor Khan's book and only your speech should be restricted. Such things do not apply to a man of his high stature.

Gee, I guess Mr. Khan is British after all! He does seem to possess that arrogant regal swagger of self-importance that emanates from that island nation. Britain did ban American talk radio host Michael Savage from entering the country even though he had no intention of ever going there.

I get a kick out of people who go on about having a right not to be searched. Or they have a right not to incriminate themselves. In fact I hear many people go on daily about their rights. Yet these same people have no qualms about restricting the same for others. They're all for the police kicking down doors or searching motor vehicles at random stops to get "criminals" but scream bloody murder when it's their door that is booted in or their car tossed for no visible reason. Go figure.

There is plenty of evidence that its the British government itself that has no problem with such issues as written laws protecting speech, privacy and to be secure in your personal effects and property. It was THEY who tapped into international communications lines, the British spy agency, the GCHQ, and collected personal data on American Citizens and then gave the information, literally data on millions of unsuspecting people, to our own NSA. All without the pesky problems of a warrant or reasonable cause. So who really are the criminals in all this?

Do you want the government, ANY government, to tell you what you should be seeing and hearing?

Give up the right to own a gun and you will.

The U.S. a Prison and the Police Our Jailers

Even before 9/11/2001, being a police officer in one form or another has been a growth industry in the United States. Practically everyone who wants to be a cop gets to be one. Cops in this country come in all shapes and sizes and people you’d never even think were cops are, indeed, part of law enforcement either by chosen profession or government edict. Here are a few examples:

The Postman. People who work for the Postal Service are part of law enforcement. They work for a government agency and do pay attention to what’s going on at your house and who lives there.

The Fireman. Firemen are cops too. They report what they see in and around your house just like the Postman.

Your Banker. Bankers are cops but not because they want to be. We all know that they have to report transactions of $10,000.00 or more to the government under the Money Laundering Control Act of 1986. The War on Drugs has failed but the act remains making your banker a conscript in the government’s monitoring of average American citizens.

Your School Teacher. Yep, they’re cops too. They work for the government and are bound by law to monitor and report what they hear from you or your kid should it not sound on the level regardless if it’s on the level or not.
Your Neighbor. Especially if there's a Neighborhood Watch program going on in your town. Nothing like a little authority to go to someone's head. Just think George Zimmerman.

Then there are the uniformed police: State Police, Park Police, Environmental Police, Town Auxiliary Police, Mass Transit Police, Town Police and the Sheriff’s depart/Department of Corrections.

Then we have the Federal police forces: IRS, NSA, FBI, CIA, FCC, DHS, ICE, DEA, ATF, USPM, USDA, USCP and the USPIS to name just a few.

We Have Too Many Cops

There was a car accident in front of my tenement here in Obscurity, Massachusetts. You know how many cops showed up?  Four cruisers, an ambulance and a fire truck. This was a two car accident with no injuries. You would have thought that someone took a shot at the president over here.

This town, like a lot of Massachusetts towns, has an awful lot of police officers in it. The amount of cruisers that serve this town is quite noticeable. There are a lot. Obscurity, Massachusetts is not a high-crime town. Can’t remember if there ever was a shooting in the last couple of decades. Since Obscurity University is nearby there are the usual incidences of loud drunk students every now and then and fender benders, lots of fender benders. But real crime on a scale that someone would notice, nope.

But we have a large police force never the less and when there isn’t enough real crime for them to justify their existence they they’ll MAKE crime.

Uniformed Accountants

This is why the police are so aggressive. They will goad you into an adverse reaction so they can make an arrest and cost you a boat-load of money. They’ll bully you and make you feel small ask you a bunch of stupid questions and never wait for an answer because it’s not an answer they want, they want you to make a mistake so It’ll cost you. That’s they’re raison de entente. They could give a shit whether you’re a wiseguy or not. That’s not the point. The point is they got you by the balls and want to have some fun even though you don’t have a record and were minding your own business.

They scan every license plate in every parking lot in town. They scan every plate on every car parked on the side of the road. SOMEONE somewhere is BREAKING THE LAW and by Jesus they’re going to find them and write them a ticket.

I have a friend who suggested long ago that the Registry of Motor Vehicles should issue license plates with a barcode on them so all the cops have to do is swipe a reader over the plate and charge you for an infraction. It can't be long now. And what are you going to do about it, huh? Shut up and sit down!

The cops in the suburbs are mainly just shakedown artists with a badge. Every now and again they hit us with a “road tax” because of some infraction that 800 people before you just did but today YOU did it. That’s the way it works. We have too many police for too little actually crime so when business is bad, and crime has been down for ages, someone has to drum up some business. They treat the American taxpayer like shit.

To them EVERYONE is a criminal. All they have to do is prove it.

A Prison State

We are constantly under surveillance. The United States has become an open air prison and the police are our jailers. We are always monitored. Your license plate is always being scanned. Your phone conversations are monitored for “catch words” and there are cameras everywhere.

The United States today is a land of over-policing, over-regulation, over-the-top law and order and too many people in charge. With so many cops, why don’t I feel safe? With so many public police organizations supposedly looking out for us, why are we being told that we are in more danger now than 9/11?

It's all a justification to grow the Police State. Nothing like having more and more people tell you what to do and where to stand, OR ELSE. It is THEY who are in control and it will be THEY who run our prosperity into the ground. The last thing we need is to have cops run this country. They will turn it to shit. They already have.

What good is calling ourselves a free country when you can't HAVE any freedom?

Too Much Television

I grew up with nothing but cop shows on the television. There was Hill Street Blues, Police Story, The FBI, Hawaii Five O, McCloud, Colombo, Quincy right up to CSI, Bones and Law and Order. It's easy to write these stupid "Law Enforcement Dramas" and people never get tired of seeing some holier than thou cop character who "Keeps his search warrant in his shoe" and kicks down somebodies door because he KNOWS he's a "perp" etc. This is why nobody gets a fare shake in court. You have to be guilty, they arrested you didn't they?

Cops Are Above the Law

Recent events have only proven what we’ve known all along: Cops can do anything and get away with it. They can drive drunk, crash into you on the highway, site you for being in an accident and they don’t even get suspended. That's because they're better than you are. What are you to them other than a paycheck?

They can shoot at your new boyfriend, pull him over, pistol whip him and they don’t even lose their jobs.  It was just a misunderstanding is all.

They can pull their service revolver, wave it at their neighbor in a threatening manner and NOTHING HAPPENS to them. They can act with impunity regardless of whether it presents a danger to the public. The public they took an oath to protect I might add. Nothing happens to a cop if they should violate that oath.

They can flash their badge and get what they want. I've seen it done too many times.

As a young man I washed dishes at a local restaurant and two or three cops would come once or twice a week in the back door and eat for free. I was wondering why the fire department didn't come too since it takes more than one fireman to put out a fire.

The police can’t police themselves

It’s time for a civilian review panel.  It’s time somebody was able to fire a negligent cop. The police department has proven incapable of doing it and forget about a grand jury.

It’s time that a panel of either neighborhood, town or state peers sit in judgment of the police departments in their area and get the bad ones out of the department and clear of any of the protections that they enjoyed to run roughshod over the civilian working taxpayer. It’s time the harassment of law abiding citizens as well as the beatings and outright murders not only end but that punitive measures be enacted for when they do occur. Yes, criminal charges and loss of employment should be meted out.

We pay the police a princely sum and for the most part put them above the law and we should thereby hold them to higher standards of conduct.

But who will Bell the Cat?

Obama's Diversity Chief Can't Hold Down the Fort!

In the scheme of things it may seem small but the Federal government’s attack on freedom of speech creeps on in ever so slow increments.
Now we have a State Department RETARD like nobody turned somebody John Robinson, a BLACK MAN in the Obama administration inventing “Racist” phrases out of Totalitarian air.

Yes, Mr. Robinson is a lock-step Marxist cut from the whole cloth of Perversity/Diversity mis-education. Another "never had a real job" political hack who must have only recently, late in the 4th year of his stint in the Obama administration, accidently found his office in the State Department building and managed to issue his first press release.
This is as bad as the California “Ebonics” controversy where the San Francisco school committee condoned young black people talking stupid non-sense to be ok and even taught to any other stupid shits wallowing around in the California public school system while they were either waiting to turn 18 or find an unoccupied street corner to sell drugs on.
Robinson’s explanation of what “Holding Down the Fort” means reveals that HE is the racist, like I suspect that many black people in the Obama Administration are.  It never meant what he says it does and HE KNOWS It.

So why then did he write such a scurrilous article? Because he’s a racist, that’s why. What other conclusion can one draw? Either that or he is a “Crazy Black Man” who sees racists in his cornflakes.
And just being the Chief Diversity Officer makes him a racist. Being called “Chief” should be offensive to every Sachem and Cacique in the world. The word "Chief" is obviously an indian term and it's use on State Department stationary should be stopped immediately.

And while we're at it, why don't we apply John Anderson's "thinking" to other expressions that should no longer be used by a caring populous, hmm?

1.) "Have a Nice Day!": This is blatantly offensive since this can easly been seen as white folks telling the minority population what to do with their day. Sounds like an order from "down on the plantation", right?

2.) "Bicycle Lane" signs: Could offend a certain Asian group (The CHINESE) known for their extensive use of the bicycle. They may feel they are being singled out for segregation.

3.) "They Got Along Swimmingly": This has got to go since it's obviously a reference to illegals crossing the Rio Grande. This could offend the WETBACKS.

4.) "Hang in There": Isn't it obvious?

If you didn't know already, the age of White Guilt in America is OVER. After the election of Barak Obama and the obvious rise of the minority class to the very heights of wealth in this country, I don’t give a shit what a black, Hispanic, Asian or “other” calls me, I’m tired of pretending  they’re not racist assholes themselves. From now on I’m calling people what they are.
I see people as people and if they're black, they’re black and brown if they’re brown. Not Hispanic American and not African American because quite frankly “African American” sends the wrong message and is grammatically wrong. Black people aren’t African American. Technically and accurately they are: “Americans of African Decent”

Why is that, Wal Man?
First, they aren’t from Africa, haven’t gone to Africa and would feel totally weird just being in Africa being around Africans. If you weren’t born in Africa but your folks or their folks were, you are a DECENDENT of people from Africa.  If you were born in the United States (to U.S. citizens) then you are an AMERICAN and therefore AMERICAN should be listed first. Hence “American of African Decent”.  Whatsamatter, you don't like this country?

I believe it was that Great Fake Reverend and adulterer/embezzler Jesse Jackson that first coined the term “African American” in public and over time it has become quite apparent that he has learned nothing from his school, his church and from the real Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. who at last report was spinning in his grave at roughly 10,000 rpms since Mr. Jackson hijacked his legacy and became a traveling race-baiter/corporate extortionist.
It does not make one PISS of a difference if “Holding Down the Fort” or “Rule of Thumb” actually does mean what Chief Johnson says it does. The use of such phrases is still protected speech under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution because “Nice” speech needs no protections. It is unwelcome speech that the First Amendment was written to protect.

Even members of the Supreme Judicial Court have trouble with putting the law over their personal biases when it comes to constitutionally protected speech. Witness Justice Anthony Alito, that great champion of conservative thought, voting for the minority in the attempt to ban the Westboro Baptist Church from protesting at the funerals of soldiers killed in action. He was wrong, he knew he was wrong and yet he voted to ban them anyway even though he was appointed to interpret the Constitution for the highest court in the land. So how's he doing on the Free Speech issue?

By attempting to brand certain speech as “Hateful” or “Racist” , Anti-Freedom groups, and I certainly place the U.S. Federal Government in this category, attempt to criminalize ordinary and protected speech.

Keep in mind that the U.S. Constitution is only a piece of paper. Its strength lies in the people’s will to defend the outlined principles within. Without the people behind the document, the document is just a useless collection of words on a parchment.
And so this is what our benevolent government is ever so slightly trying to do year in and year out. There is no such thing as “Hate Speech”, there is no such thing as “Racist Speech”. But there are plenty of people out there working very hard to try to tell you what to do, how to think and how to behave.

And next time you stumble upon one of these people, tell them to go SCREW and tell it to someone who gives a shit!
